Such an amazing hotel chain with great service and facilities and the group also owns a renowned IT company and still the mobile app is not organised at all... It is glitchy and the interface is too complicated. * The app does not show previous stays in the booking history or any such details even right after the booking and before the check in * It should have a common dashboard to show the membership details and to link the stay with the membership * there is more but all of this need a revamp

Last update was in 2019 whereas many new hotels have been added... Many negative reviews about the app and I too had difficulty in navigating and searching for info.... Kindly update at earliest and give us the Tajness....

Most powerful hotel brand, but still can't afford to get an app without glitches. Have to book using website. You guys have tata elexi use them.

Worst app and not expected from Tata group at all. Nothing works in the app. There is not even a single thing that is working. Points not updated. Bookings for past not showing. No support. Tickets created are automatically close without any reason or explanation. No emails created on support tickets. It is better to close the app than running and ruining the Tata's name.

This app is useless. I have a Galaxy S8 and fast 4g but could not make a booking. I'm an inner circle member, 10+ years and always book a Taj Hotel in the big cities. Just tried to book Taj Palace in Mumbai but ended up booking it on Agoda as the app just crashes. Had the same experience trying to amend a booking at the Ambassador. App showed available rooms but because I was unable to book, I now have 1 night at the Palace, 4 Ambassador. For an excellent app, check Vistara. It works

Useless. Unable to book rooms. Tried to book Surajkund one; always says the criteria doesn't meet but website shows they are available. Too slow application, average delay time even on 4G connection is way too much. Design and experience is also not upto the mark. Degrades Taj experience for sure

Useless app. Not at all user friendly, keeps reloading same pages. Sometimes can't even log in. Wrong and old info on expiry and points of InnerCircle.
