I think the camera is good and takes good pictures. The app is so slow. Everytime i open the app it thinks forever, same for anything you do in the app like delete pictures. The past 2 days it has been especially slow to show my pictures. I usually lose my patience and just close it without seeing my pictures. Camera has full signal and my phone has 4 out of 5 bars so it's not a signal issue. I hope they get the app working faster before the year i paid for is up or I'll go with another company.

Got the camera today. Got to active status and that's as far as it will go. Only light that comes on is the status light. New Duracell Max batteries, new formatted SD card, 16 GB and 5 or 6 bars on cell service and wifi. Watched video after video to no avail. Tried customer service, on hold for over an hour. The 5 star reviews have to be "fake" !!! To bad I can't give this camera 0 stars cause I dang sure would !!!!!

I have two of these cameras. They worked great last fall. Neither one will send a picture to my phone or will accept an update. One was sent back for repairs, still won't work. My yearly runs out in 4 days. If I could find any reliable cell cam I would gladly buy it. Maybe in a decade or so they will come up with one.

Honestly don't know how these cameras are getting so many positive reviews. I'm on my second one in a month and neither one has worked properly. First one took random photos of nothing all day and night. Exchanged it for a new one after tactacam wanted me to send it in for repair and it was gonna take 3-4 wks to repair a brand new camera. The 2nd camera seemed to work for a week or two. It still took random pics but not as many. Batteries died and after swapping them, it doesn't work at all now.

I wish somethings are just left alone last year it worked fine after the so call updates this camera has been a complete headache and waste of my 13.00 a month subscription. Stuck with a camera that has only sent 7 pictures and my regular cameras in same area has over 300+ pictures on them each.. so irritating. Good luck if you got one. I have the tactacam reveal trail cellular camera with 2.4 screen once opened.

Love the cameras. I didn't have any problem setting them up. And the pictures you get on the memory card are great. However the ones it sends to you on app are so so. I guess to get the extra money off the hd phot request. The app is not very good. Very slow and when you go to save pictures or delete them it is painfully slow. Tacticam please fix the app.

My 5th UPDATE: Finally some significant and useful app updates. I've been brutal on the Tactacam App but now will let them know that they are on the right track! Now I can see my six cams, signal strength, battery percentage, memory and photo count. YOU LISTENED! And it let's me use my phone's back button. Anything coming in the future that allows adding user/friend? Thanks for listening!

The camera worked good the first season, then I had to change emails and can't get the app to work or the camera or hooked up on my new email. Customer service don't seem to be any help. They will email me back but don't know how to fix it. I have a valid email but go to request a password and it says to enter a valid email. I'm going to stick to spypoint

The cameras work great! This app needs serious help! Loads very slow, deletes slow, shares slow, sometimes u gotta hit button like 50 times to get it to go. Also, when u open your camera locations to check on camera, n when hit back it closes hole tab n u have to open tab again. Be nice if u hit back and tab was still open. Also when you are connecting to Wi-Fi on camera you have to shut off your mobile data to get image on camera to see where camera is pointing, please fix these.

1: hide all of the options and buttons when scrolling pictures. 2: let me scroll pictures in more than single file. The only place to scroll 2 pictures at a time is hidden behind 3 clicks and going to that individual cam. 3x10 grid would be nice. 3. This is a photo gallery app first and foremost, it's not doing that very well at all. I can imagine the cluster it's going to be when I have 10k+ pics and want to find one I haven't manually tagged.
