The app is good but does not provide any security and protection for the rider, drivers are not experienced also not professional, a situation where the driver refused to give back change and used physical force towards a passenger should be expected it's a really unpleasant behaviour from a taxi driver attacking a passenger but its happing and there is no support or protection or information provided against this from the app developer.

The app itself works well. One problem is that the car you order is often not the one that arrives. Also, I have taken 5 rides and these 5 drivers have given me 1 star reviews. That's not possible, on Uber I have taken hundreds of rides and my rating is 4.96/5

Only problem is searching time of cars. And cars models. Models are old and when comparing with other taxi applications others offer better cars. It is not problem because price mark is cheap but when the time of finding the car added in calculation this program is slower than bus sometimes.

Bad condition of cars, smells , and not secured no air bags nothing . Bad quality cars , and if you lost something you'll never get it back

Please fix the bug with destination selection. It should obviously show history of last rides destinations... Vey annoying.
