Aside from content (why should people with an online-only subscription because they don't have cable TV be denied the chance to watch some matches live?), this poor review is because recently the app has become really slow. That cog spins around forever before it opens up. And matches are often slow to appear in the On Demand menu. Didn't used to be this bad.

The app itself functions fine. It's the tennis channel plus content that sucks. I'll be watching a match and in the middle of a game the stream will cut to a "We'll be right back screen..." And I'll miss the end of the game or even the end of a match. It's ridiculous, especially since I subscribe to see live tennis. Get your act together Tennis Channel!

One of the worst applications or service providers ever. Just spent $100 on a yearly subscription on something the doesn't work. It does not work on: Pixel C, Sony Bravia, One plus. It does not integrate with YouTube TV. This application sucks big time!!!

Casting to GoogleTV results in error code 2100. It makes no sense for an app to not be updated to support Google's replacement to Chromecast; GoogleTV.

Glitchy as hell. The app won't authenticate my cable subscription without an error so I can't watch the main channel through the app. When I try to cast to my TV, I get an error. TC+ is decent enough if you use it through a web browser (although it's not working for me at the moment.) If they take your money, they should make sure it works.

Video for live streaming is always broken, stops... I couldn't finish watching a full match. Tried on all my computers at home, WIFI, wired LAN, app in the phone, WIFI, in the 5g network... always failed. Cancelled in less than 24hs to get a full refund... waiting on my $ to show up in the credit card. Attempted their help options. Never got an operator. Always the dumb automated replies. Don't waste your time on this.

There is nothing "live" on this app, everything is pre-recorded. Why advertise the app as having anything "live" when there is nothing "live". I have requested a refund now for 4 straight days and have received confirmations that my request was received, which was made within the 24 hour window (refund policy) to receive a refund has been been denied. I feel as if I just had $117 stolen from me. This is completely an instance of false advertising.

If I could give this zero stars I so would! Ever since the US Open has ended this app has been nothing but ABSOLUTE garbage! It constantly shows commercials even when matches are going! It freezes up numerous times meaning I have to close it out and go back in to make it work! The video display constantly changes from good to trash! I don't know how much else to describe this app but complete garbage!

During tournaments even though most courts have coverage most of the streams stay on authorizing page and cut to game play when it feels like. Winning points/Ends of matches are often cut too. The app works fine at times but the number of times it doesn't is so upsetting considering paying for the yearly plus subscription.

This app can really get your frustrated. Crashes all the time. If it is working somwtime it would jumps to commercial during a point or jump to that dude to give useless trick shots advice (like most of us already have a hard just keeping the ball in play...)
