I have been a user of the purchased Pro Version for many years. I have never had the need to use the restore function luckily. It backs up well and I thought it reliable. I have now found that the restore button fails every time and just presents endless "re try and send message" prompts, which also fail. What is the point of this app if it doesn't allow a restore of the data created? No response as yet from support team. BEWARE. TEST BEFORE PURCHASING THE PRO VERSION AND RELYING ON THIS APP.

I have used this app for many years and find it is absolutely done all that it says it can do and more. I would highly recommend it to everyone. My only short coming as I see, it was removed from my wife's phone and when I re-installed it, I did not see the original files I initially backed up. I guess those were erased during the time the program was not there. Thank goodness I had also backed it up with the built in export function in the phone app itself. Back it up, back it up!!!!

When I first got this I gave it five stars.. Until I really needed it. I have now spent two days trying to find the latest automatic upload to google drive. The way the files are named it is difficult to discern the date unless you are able to view the entire file name. There is no auto search feature to find the latest one, but the thing that really kills this app is you can not install a back over existing files, o if your phone was stolen and you get it back after a couple months, you can't just load the backup on top of the last few months. VERY short sighted. Also, the auto save function apparently just quit, unless you happen to check up on all your apps you would never know, and then you are the one who has lost three thousand business contacts. There is no app support for this product.

******************************************************************* The past 2 updates since V2.2.56 seem to have broken the automatic APK backup feature. I reinstalled V2.2.56 and automatic backup works fine with it. Version 2.2.80 is still not automatically backing up APK installs. I still have to revert back to 2.2.56. There have been at least 3-4 updates of this app by the author since the last version that worked automatically (v2.2.56). None of those updates have fixed the issue on my Moto Z3 phone running Android 9. I have also never seen any response to my posted comments about this issue, or to any of the same comments posted by other users. I would be nice if the author acknowledged the issue, and if he could say if it's something that he is fixing or not. My rating of the app continues to drop. Eventually I will give up on V2.2.56 and look for some other new app that does the automatic backup right. *******************************************************************

Auto Backup Apps after installing a new app no longer works. This part of the application is broken even though I selected it in the app settings. To troubleshoot, I've tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app with a fresh copy from the play store. Still doesn't work. It looks as if the developer has stopped releasing new updates for this app. So sad! My device is a Galaxy S10 Plus with Android v10.0 (not rooted) with 67 GB of space free on the phone.

I purchased pro version 2yrs before. Worked well. I upgraded the phone vivo v11pro. Call log restore and sms restore not working. When I tap the restore it shows restored. But not shows in list.... After remove this and installed trial version. It working great. Its include call recording and pictures backup. You cheated us....

Since Sept 11update, it doesn't auto backup anything at all. Totally useless. Others have noted the same thing. When are your going to fix? Meanwhile I've reinstalled an older version (2.2.60) and that works fine. Galaxy S10 Plus, Android 9

*** UPDATED *** 👍🏼 I'm so glad I paid for the full version, this app does almost everything I need it to so it's worth it. A feature i hope the developers could add in the future is music playlist back up, to either .txt or .m3u formats. Until then, 4 Stars ★★★★

This app has worked well for me. However, I just noticed that is will not backup group chats. If this could be fixed along with numerous other bugs I would be completely satisfied, and give 5 stars.

It doesn't work on Android 10 ( OOS 10.3.0 ) on OnePlus 6 ,. This app is not able to be set as default SMS app, thus you can not restore messages. Update:- Even it cannot restore call logs on Android 10 Note:- I'm pro user purchased two license for this app.
