I had the promo code for 30 day free trial which worked for one day... then I did the 7 day free trial, which worked for one day... now it lets me log in but says video failed to play... on everything. I paid to reinstate my membership and now it WON"T play videos. It worked fine for my free trial and now it just says to try later or contact support. Well, support is a blasted joke. I'm very upset. Probably will cancel and delete it. I was told I could get a refund for being unable to use the subscription, but was told by another agent that I won't get a refund even though I've been unable to use the app all month! Was a 3 star rating just for the fact its a website, not an app, except for smartphone. It's now a 2 star because they somehow blocked the ability to cast to a bigger screen via smartphone. The screen is just green. This subscription charges more than Hulu, and the only way I can watch it is on my smartphone. Can't use my Xbox, FireTV (there's no app, just website which doesn't load), Roku, etc. I even tried downloading a screen pairing app on my Xbox, connecting to my Note10+, and then casting.

I downloaded the app in hopes of watching my favorite show but to my disappointment I cannot for the life of me get a damn thing to play! It refers me to emailing the support people which hasn't gotten me anywhere! I literally just downloaded the app. For the 7day free trial and it's not working at all!! We are not off to a good start at all! Very unhappy!!

This app is horrible. Can't get anything to play and I agree with every other review saying they get the run around. I didn't get to watch anything during my free trial and then I ended up paying for a month because it didn't even show up in my subscriptions to be able to cancel it. Don't waste your time and money on this.
