Ordered 2 tickets at over $500. Never received email for tickets. Never received a refund. All I got was the event has passed and that was the end of it. When they gave e me the search words to look for in my email none popped up. I already had my ticket to this event through Ticketmaster and had zero issues. But the 2 tickets were for a friend who came with and didn't even get to go. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't even let me claim them after the fact. Complete garbage

So StubHub deletes reviews apparently. Like many other complaints on here that I wish I'd seen before, StubHub is basically a sham like Poshmark. They charge ridiculous fees to begin with, "buyers," can pull any scam they want when they want and StubHub immediately sides with them, and "customer service" and so called "reps" are nonexistent. And then they have the nerve to send a generic "how'd we do email." What a joke

The app is fine, it's the company that sucks. They let scalpers work freely on their site. Offering tickets for resale. But if the event is sold out, they wait until the day before the event to stiff you and sell the tickets somewhere else for more $.

Bought 3 mobile tickets to an Indiana basketball game. They say they are ready, but when I go to veiw them it says, "there was a problem processing your request. Please check your network settings or try again." My network is fine and I bought them a few weeks ago. I've Google this and it's been an issue for awile now, but I haven't found a solution yet.

As all app it's ok, as a company they are horrible. Been trying to get a refund 5 months now. After being told 6 times it was processing they are now saying it wasn't processed. Again. Horrible customer service, they outright lie. Tickets are way overpriced, just go to venue site. App sometimes won't show concerts I've looked at before when doing a search or favorited.

Once fees are added, it's usually 10-20% more than other providers. They make the sticker price low, but add huge fees at checkout. Don't bother with this app: They're selling the same thing as everyone else, just more expensively.

Surprise, surprise. Stubhub deleted my comment along with many others on here. They are a lousy company with NO cutomer service whatsoever. They have a flat 25% fee on the face vamue on any ticket you buy, so the fee fluctuates. Save your money and go to seatgeek or vividseats. NO TO STUBHUB!!!

So you are going to have a 3 day technical server issue and I continue to buy tickets but say I can't and then as soon as the agent says it's working they say "prices were just raised" my tickets were raised $16 a piece! What a joke.

App functionality is spotty at best, and customer service is atrocious. Good luck to anyone who uses this service. My past two experiences have been negative to the point I will not use the service again.

It is risky to sell tickets on StubHub. StubHub only protects buyers and they do not protect sellers from fraudulent buyers. If a buyer commits fraud, the seller suffers the lose and StubHub does nothing to compensate the seller for the fraud. I had a buyer claim their tickets didn't work after the event had been going on for about 1 hour and StubHub cancelled the sale. I lost the revenue from the sale and I had to eat the cost of the tickets. I don't recommend StubHub for selling tickets.
