Run the free Strefa CANAL + application on your device and gain permanent access to your account in the self-service service. The application is intended for CANAL + Polska customers using subscription services.
• Manage all your contracts anytime anywhere.
• Browse current promotions for additional packages and services, and enable or disable additional packages and services under each contract.
• Control information about the account balance and upcoming payments, as well as view the list of payments made so far or order a refund of the overpayment
• Check until when the contract for the package and additional products are valid, and update your contact details.
• Pay your bills quickly and securely with one-off payments or set up recurring payments.
• Solve problems using the available diagnostics or by contacting us as desired, also via chat.
• Check the consumption of internet packages and connection history for internet and telephone contracts on an ongoing basis.
