    So irritated! I have the app on my phone and smart TV. When I try to play app on my TV it doesn't load completely and when i can finally get to the show I'm looking for it won't load to play now. Been working okay fir a while but now i can't watch anything! So frustrating that I give up! Oh and no closed captioning?! Not cool at all! Please help!

    starzinger The content isn't bad but the app itself is so outdated and inconvenient, I doubt I keep it for the duration of my promo. Doesn't have autoplay, doesn't keep track of what episode you're watching, constantly switches the language, and disconnects from Chromecast between each episode. It also buffers constantly.

    starz App immediately takes me to create account screen where I'm stuck in a loop. I put in my email and password and of course it says an account already exists with that email. When I try to back out it gives me a message saying I've already paid but if I want to access content I have to input my information. There are no other options on this screen.

    starzacher Wouldn't get this app ever again cant even cancel the thing cause it wont give me an option. I cant even get log in to wat h it say my account isn't valid only have one and it's not on any other devices. Can't even make a phone call to get the help that you need and to get online and ask for help is a joke cause they want to pay even more money. This place is a joke. Thieves is what they are.

    apple I got the app on my phone then downloaded it on my tv i logged in and did every thing i told me but everytime i put on a movie or seires on my samsung tv you can only hear the movie or seires and not see it. Thier is just a square spinning. Also it is very slow it takes it time to load and its very annoying when you shut down the app to see if the problem fix

    amazon Love that I get to watch my favorite shows with the spec ial promo offer of $5 for 3 months! Only complaint is that it is glitchy at times and freezes and gets blurry. Paying full price for that will be upsetting. Due to that I'm not sure if it's worth beyond the 3 months.

    starzip Lots of great movies but loaded with bugs. I have yet to make it to the letter "O" scrolling through movies A-Z because the app crashes and has to be restarted. Also, there needs to be a search by genre option.

    starzacher klagenfurt Started getting sound/vibration notifications today that I can't see or stop unless I restart my phone. Had to use notification log to see it was from STARZ. Turned off all notifications from Starz, but just got another notification. Very annoying.

    I like the layout of the app. At first, I thought that I didn't have access to past episodes of the series I liked. Then, a friend told me how to navigate to the back episodes which made all the difference in my attitude.

    I'd love the option to select a download location. I have 2g free space, but apparently it's not enough. How much storage space do I need to hold an hour-long episode of a show? Edit: new phone, unlimited data, no problems 😜

    I've had Starz from my cable company for years plus the app. Now it wont let me sign in on my new phone or tablet. I used my email and password, reset my password but all I get is the "bummer" message from Starz that they dont recognize me at all. What's the point in having it?

    On 3/17 I paid for a 3 month introductory offer for 4.99 a month. To this point I have been unable to get on Stars and watch a single show of the only reason I signed up. Every time I try to sign in it gives me a message stating there is already an account under that name. I was on the phone on hold (supposed to be 20 minutes) for over an hour no never receive any answer or assistance. They took my money out for payment. Why can't I log in on my tablet or o my android.     The app certainly gets the job done, however it's far from the smoothest experience. It can be difficult to find new things of interest to watch, particularly without proper genre browsing and no recommendations. As well, streaming to a Chromecast is finicky. There's no option to skip intros or recaps and there's no autoplay for watching episodes back to back. Episodes also occasionally start in the wrong language. Hopefully these things will get fixed in the future.

    I wish they would give an option to disable autoplay...this is a common feature on streaming apps! At least play videos from my playlist! There's a lot of older content too. I probably won't renew at the end of my subscription period. The app also uses over a gigabyte of storage...why? Netflix uses 212mb. Disney+ uses 345mb, and prime uses 627mb...smh

    I can't afford to get Starz on my tv. Mainly because I don't have cable but the Starz aop allows me to watch anything that is available on the tv channel. I am a huge Outlander fan. I have used the app to watch Outlander every week since it was offered. So thank you for this option.

    It's a work in progress. Shows have a hard time pausing on one device and picking up on another. Mobile has an issue with the image catching up to the time stamp when you have to manually find your place. Shows do not drop from the "continue" list, if you stop watching before viewing the entirety of the credits. Other than that, it streams nicely. Never had a movie requested from server, get the "we are having issues with this title" error. The content is... well its Starz.

    This app is way behind similar apps. Clunky navigation. The stop, fast forward, etc... are not user friendly. Also, close captioning is pretty much non- existent. Starz jacked the cost to service providers so high, the providers dropped Starz. So, if you want to watch Outlander, like my wife, you probably will need this app or the same app on your TV. Such a sham.

    I love it havent had any problems so far and plus it has content i enjoy a lot. I guess if i had to suggest what things i would like to have on starz its the following:1)more horror movies,2)more tv shows of all types especially horror, supernatural related content,ghost hunting and other shows like V series season 1 n 2. I would love to see just overall faster releases of old and new content available but in a good benecial way of course.also classic movies would be a nice addition too

    The mouth movement isn't synched on nearly any of the shows and the amount of shows available is very limited. The top shows on Starz are from the early 2000's and later. I have searched for over 20 different shows and not 1 has come up. Wouldn't advise getting this app if you are an active movie watcher or like to pick what you watch.

    Attempted to renew my subscription... they charged my card 3 separate times! App does not recognize my subscription and now getting an error message! Google verified that my subscription is current. Sent an email to STARZ customer care. Got a message that they will respond within 16 DAYS. Called phone number... rude lady says not their problem, I have to contact Google. Google says, they cannot fix the problem because they don't own the app... Very disappointed! Not good customer service!

    Takes too long to load. Glitches out every so many episodes. Customer service is not good at all. Cant watch via my cell. Horrible service. Was on hold for an hour and a half so ent email and the message I got back was it will take 16 to get a response. Can't watch the shows, can't get any help yet the charged my credit card.

The wait time is over 20 minutes, but I can't just put the phone on speaker to go about my day while holding. I have to press "0" every minute or so. Completely unuseable.     They advertised $8.99 a month so I signed up to get 1 seasonal show. Without my permission, they billed my bank for a yearly subscription lump sum of $74.99!!!!!! The app says ppl can call a number for 24/7 service. The automated guy said there would be a 20 min hold time. 40 mins later, I'm still waiting. Must be team of one who is really a scribe with a carrier pidgeon.

    So happy there's dual audio tracks. As a multilingual household, it definitely helps being able to switch audio- and so easily too. Starz has great original shows and I hope they keep expanding to include more people of different languages and backgrounds.

    I've created an email and tried to to download the app but when I tried to open the app it would not let me after several attempts. However, when I signed up for the app, under it's free trial application, I logged my credit card in it worked just fine. Very annoying. I'm deleting now.




    They have very limited shows but that's okay , only reason I subscribed was POWER 6 . Last month I was trying cancel my subscription but they give me a discount to stay $3.15 for the next 3 months ! Great I took it . at the end of the month they charged me twice $9.48 in PayPal and $3.15 from my Debit Card . 0 Star well deserved .

    The app will only play audio and no video, only a still photo but I can still tap the screen to fast fwd which is weird. STARZ is just garbage and the playback isn't much better on my laptop so I will be cancelling. It not worth the hassle for the 2 or 3 shows they have that are decent.

    I give it 3 stars because it has the show I love (outlander) and the newest episodes but the video play needs work. The fast forward and subtitle options especially. I started watching on netflix and the video style there is superior however stars does have a great selection.

    App is not intuitive, and lacks what are now common features from competitors. For example. Will not remember last watched episode. Starts shows I'm Spanish. No option to skip intro. Etc...

    I having difficulty logging into this is only giving me the option to log in and register but when I sign in it says ....the email already exist!!!!! I know I used it to first sign up smh

    I've enjoyed being able to sitcom's from my youth every day. This is the best thing since Wonder bread and Strawberry Koolaid 😘✌🤜🤛 the only thing missing now is Scooby-doo, and the Super friends 😁

    Every time I go to open the app I am asked to create an account but I already have an account why am I not directly going to the main menu

    Very bad App. Will not let ya just sign in like most apps do. Any other services I have will just me go straight to them. Staz just takes ya back create an account. Very user unfriendly.

    Last year I was able to watch Outlander for 4 season now it freezes and says wifi and or data is weak your app has never updated and now I wish there was another place to watch Outlander this is one great show

    This is an amazing app. I only gave it four stars because of the limited choice of movies available. Several movies I'd wanted to see aren't on Stars.

    I love the show Power. It also has movies. I saw that there was even Ice Age. I pay $4.99 a month and it is soo worth it. I don't usually like to pay for any apps.

    I had to delete and reinstall and now I cant login as it says my email is in use . It wants me to create not login to an existing account.

    Not a lot of options and half the time, it would pause and buffer every 2 minutes. Not worth it. Plus they make it near impossible to cancel subscription.

    App keep giving me an error that play back feature isn't working, restart. I've restarted deleted and reinstalled the app. Still will not let me watch.

    Love it! I caught a glimpse of Outlander in Season 3 and loved it. Now I can catch up from season 1 and get caught up!

    There needs to be an auto play option for the next episode of a series after watching an episode instead of returning to the main screen of the series
