Crashes all the time on Android when opening stories. Most recent OS for Samsung Galaxy S20. Super frustrating. Been going on since I downloaded the app. Further, the top half of the letters in first sentence of each paragraph are cut off with android app. Don't think the developers even test this app. This stuff is elementary. Will be canceling my subscription soon

One star is far too many considering this app constantly freezes up and shuts down. And it's getting worse. Now, I can barely open a story or comments without it eventually crashing. What's really disgusting is that I PAY FOR THIS APP!

I like reading the Star Tribune, and that's why it bugs me so much that sometimes the app just spins, and sometimes it crashes altogether depending on the story I click on.

I'm having the same problem as recent reviewers. App won't even open, just shows it's loading. I use a newer galaxy phone. Will cancel if not fixed soon.

Decent app with a few issues. - Font sizes is a pointless feature since changing crops off the top of text. - Cancelling your subscription is a PITA since you cannot do it online or with emai, you actually have to call support. - Screenshots in the store show the iOS application instead of the Android version. - Sometimes content will refuse to load for sometimes up to a couple hours despite no change in network connection. Clearing the cache and reinstalling doesn't help.

Like other reviewers, I regularly experience app crashes and the issue where the app cuts off part of a row of text at the start of a paragraph. I also find that user comments on a story load painfully slow on the app yet speedy on their website. App is otherwise easy to use.

App closes when you try to open an article. Works about 50% of the time. Articles are repeated 2 or 3 times when scrolling. Don't waste your money on this paper. Frustrating.

Crashes, clips top of text off, won't load comments unless you wait for a veeeeery long time. Been this way for months...they know about it and their response has been...crickets.
