When you're the only one using it it's great. But as soon as anyone else is using the servers it is so unbearably slow and frustrating to use. Starrez needs to improve the ability to use the app while many others are trying to as well.

The single most frustrating damn thing I've ever dealt with. I have to have this app for work. But I downloaded it on my phone and entered the code and all I ever get is "an error has occurred please try again". It will not work! And I cannot get anybody to help me with it!!
