Two issues: 1) the app doesn't reflect what's in stock at the store. For example, I just saw the barista serving someone else almond milk with their drink when I could not order it from the all. And 2) the baristas do not make the drinks in order. If I order 2 drinks in a mobile order, one gets made and then 10 minutes later the other gets made. Why can't the store make my order together??

App is great, however location and item availability is TERRIBLE!!! 4 Starbucks located in my town, half the time there not available for online orders. Even when they are available almost all the items are "sold out". Yet if I go to the location they're open and taking orders as well as the "sold out" items available. Great app, extremely convenient but it's reliability is almost zero making it essentially worthless and a waste of time!

Never works for me. Says I have an account but won't send me an email to change my password so I can't even use the app or order except for in person. I tried to use my school email to make a new account and it keeps erroring out. Wish River Road wasn't always so busy, I'd just go there for my coffee instead.

App charges you more than in-store prices. And if they're out of a product and issue you a refund, they refund you the in-store price, not the more expensive app price. There's also no easy way to get customer service through the app if the store employee doesn't want to work with you.

App is now worthless so had to uninstall. Gonna use my stars and then I am done. Website has to many issues also. Update: Just installed new update and still unable to log into the app. If you wanna use your stars or gift card and are having issues with the app you will have to order through the website until issue is fixed. I have done everything from uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing all data, changing my password ect..... and nothing worked so this has to be a server issue.

I love getting points for purchases, double points if I use my starbucks card, and that certain holiday purchases can score you tons of free points aka free food. I only wish it was easier for the actual locations to keep up with what they do/don't have in stock and that they could notify customers with "oops we ran out of that while filling your order" so you don't sit around patiently waiting for a croissant that will never come.

Just what it should be. The only problem is that it doesn't let you add a tip to the order when you pay with a debit card. I never carry cash and can't always afford the minimum $20 to load the Starbucks account, and hate not being able to tip my baristas. It should allow you to just add the tip amount when paying, or even a feature where you can set an automatic tip amount to every order since I always do at least a dollar.

I love Starbucks, but this app is garbage. I have to reset my password constantly, and then once I'm in, it says "we are unable to process your request, please try again later". I can't even reload my app to scan in store/drive through, let alone order online or anything. Worthless.

App has so many issues, it crashes almost every time I try to use it. It can't find my store, can't make a mobile order, tells me that somethings may not work properly. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Latest update would not run over mobile network. Now issues with memory and other apps downloaded fine. Cleared Play Store cache, still didn't run. Update only worked when I ran it over a wifi connection. Only happened for this app, others updated on the mobile network. Btw, I am a developer so pretty sure it isn't user error.
