The app is crappy because I can't change my address on the personal info section. It's stuck on my UK address even after I have moved to the US and changed my credit card on the app. It updated the billing and mailing address. But all the prices are still in pounds (£) because the address in the personal info is stuck on the UK address. This sucks. Edit: I also want to note that I visit Starbucks multiple times a week so it really sucks that the app doesn't work for me.

I've been a reward member for many years and and have mostly been happy with the app. However, the benefits have been dwindling little by little. Yesterday was my birthday, but the birthday reward wasn't available on the app in the morning. (I also couldn't even apply stars). I didn't have time to stand in line yesterday morning so ended up skipping the trip. I figured I would get the birthday drink today, only to find that it's no longer available.

Not sure what happened as the app had been working perfectly for a long time for me and loved it. It stopped allowing money to be added to the card. So I reinstalled and now it said my password was wrong even though it was right. and when I try to reset password it won't accept any saying I've 'used them all before' even though I have not as I tested with random letters and all. regret uninstalling now as it now won't let me log in to use my stars. hoping there's a new update soon. :(

I love having it on the phone! I remember wanting to get a coffee and not having my card with me. I haven't used the order online application, but I'm going to try it out soon. The phone app is great,Especially when I'm traveling. I have always liked Starbucks, but when you came up with the puppuccino. That truly made you tops. Overall the app is great: ease of use, adding $$$, to mobile orders. However, with respect to mobile orders, it would be nice if the app allowed for comments or set temperature of steamed milk to a specific temperature. While all stores should use the same temp for extra hot, as I have learned, they do not. Moreover if I can request a specific temp at the register then why not offer the same capability through the mobile app?!

I love the Starbucks app. It's super convenient to just use your phone to make purchases and reload. I love how often I get rewards for my daily visits too. My only gripe(the only reason I took away one star) id that lately the app has been buggy. My streaks for bonus stars dont show up some days but then the next day it shows up. And one time it didnt count at all.

The whole point is stars and rewards. But unless you load money on a card on your app, you get nothing. I had been scanning the app, but using my bank card to pay. Turns out, I get no stars for this. Over $30 in purchases this month, zero stars. Sorry, but I'm not pre loading gift cards or saving my cards to your app. Shopping there, PERIOD, should get you stars. Smh.

I LOVE that Starbucks has a loyalty app. My only complaints are that it registered me as living in the States when I live in Canada so I couldn't use the mobile order feature (currently resolving with customer support, though), and that I have to load it like I would a gift card instead of just scanning and paying with whatever method I choose. Other than that, really great app for Starbies lovers!

I liked the idea of it as I pass 2 starbucks on my way to work from bussing. First order through the app and they got it wrong, so disappointing. Wasted my morning setting the app up with a card, might as well get my coffees at Tim's. Easy to use app though, if you're a frequent starbucks user then heck yeah, I just had a disappointed experience right quick. May try later just dont have the time to waste in the mornings.

Login problems make the app useless. It took me forever to get it to log in this morning. I had to reset my password, then the app told me that the password I had just reset was wrong. Finally, it let me log in. Then I went to reload money onto the app, and it wouldn't take my password. The one I had only seconds before used to log in. Since Starbucks has made it impossible to give them my money, I'll just assume they no longer want it.

I've had the app for a couple of years now and it's been great. Last month or so it keeps on freezing even though I've unistalled and installed the app. 😢appv still not working. Reached out to them not resolved. 😢😢 I posted this early November and I'm stillll having issues with the app. I've called and no resolve. Giving me credit is no use if I can't use the app😶. I've sent a FB message again no response its been 4 days. 😶

Love being able to order ahead! They always have my order ready right away. Since I get to make my modifications myself on the order (I'm diabetic so I make changes to reduce carbs and sugar) it's always accurate. I only wish they offered the option for "upside down" which I prefer for the Macchiatos because that helps blend the stevia better. 😋

This app needs work. I tried multiple times to update my credit card information, but all I keep getting is a system error message. I've closed and reopened the app, tried wifi and wireless data but no luck. So now I have an out of date credit card and no way of updating it in the app. You'd think Starbucks could afford to do better, most disappointing.

The app is useless!! I cannot add a Starbucks card to get the special offers simply because I cannot add my personal info, but it did accept my credit card. If it accepted one, then it should be able to enter everything. I've tried asking for help to solve the issue, they tell me to call in...but after reading the reviews, I'd be wasting my time. Starbucks has lost another customer!!

I have been having problems wit this app on my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone for several months. I get notifications from it when there are promotions but I am unable to actually load the app. When I run it, I just see the app loading screen with the Starbucks logo and nothing changes, even after 5 minutes. I have a balance loaded on my account that I'm not able to use.

If you are not in the US, do not make an account through this app. This app automatically links you to US location which then charges your credit card in USD if you happened to pay using the card from your home country. Your starbucks card will also be charged in USD when you use it. So you are actually paying more for your card and coffee because of the exchange rate. Plus, there is NO option to change the country in your profile. And their customer service is the worst.

My app has stopped registering purchases made during a challenge. I have completed (according to directions) the last couple of challenges and nothing, zip, no bonus points. I emailed support and was told they'd get back to me within 24 hours and that didn't happen either. Not happy with you guys right now.

It's a nice app, everyone uses it obviously. I like the automatic brightness. But I think having more editing options for drinks, or a small text box would be nice. A price on the drinks so we know how to compare prices, and not find out at the cart button.

Terrible, everytime I try to go to the "my card" section, the app completely freezes and it happens every single time I try to re open it. Even when I turn off my phone , or uninstall the app, same thing keeps happening. I can never get my code to appear. I'm forced to call Starbucks to get my stars added with the bill. So annoying. I'm just going to stop using it if it dosent solve soon.

So I've had it for a while now. I've had my droughts with the app but i don't regret having it at all. They're everywhere. I rarely have problems with it for the past three years and i love how the upgrades don't effect my phone or rewards. I can't say that about other apps. Thanks guys.

This App is awesome! It makes it so much easier to get my morning coffee fix, I just place my order through the App then it's ready when I get there to pick it up which means I am only out of the clinic for 5 minutes max.! (I should add that the starbucks I use is just across the parking lot from the clinic where I work....soooo convenient! 👍)

The App is great for placing and paying for orders but is completely broken when it comes to trying to use your "Star" rewards its stupid that I have almost 200 Stars cause I cant use them as when I try to use a 50 star reward 97% of the time I get "An Unkown Error Occured please try again later" Ive triez Restarting my phone, restarting the app and even reinstalling the app. To top it off it has been like this for almost a year so obviously they don't care to fix it.

I love the Starbucks app. It keeps track of everything for me. I love being able to place my to go order through the app and pay for it as well. Then 8 to 10 minutes later, it is ready and waiting to be picked up, no fuss, no muss. And you may tip from the app also. It is really that easy!

The app is very straightforward and easy to use. Ordering and paying in advance saves me time, and the possible embarrassment of stumbling over my words due to English not being my native tongue. The only thing that I've noticed is if I order a drink that already has whipped cream on it (I double check just to make sure) but I change the type of milk in my order, the printed label will only have that, so the barista doesn't know that I still want the included whipped cream.

The app functions okay but the one drink I order has started saying "not available in store". It is available. I order it in the drive thru or inside. I just can no longer use the app to order ahead meaning the app is useless and I no longer have time to get one before work as my Starbucks is extremely packed in the morning.

I got the app and everything was good. Had to update & change my credit card and payment information and it always had a system error. It went on for about 2 weeks until I decided to uninstall it. Wrote to customer service to inform them. Didn't hear back. We'll see if uninstalling/installing will do the trick. Better take a look at that Starbucks.

GET THIS APP if you purchase at Starbucks and register your card. One of my most used apps. The app does force the occasional sign out but otherwise works all the time. Love the option to order ahead and pick up as it saves unnecessary whining from littles about being hungry/thirsty as soon as we cross through the doorway.

Always great! I've used the app for years, and it has never let me down. I did my first ever mobile payment through the app in 2014 when I once forgot my wallet at home. The app is really useful in helping to determine what you would like to order, as stores display very little on their menu boards. Very easy to use! Thank you.

Starbuck's clearly made this app with their customers in mind. It's easy to use, simple to navigate, and most of all fun to have! They have occasional games, contests, and they've even added their music playlists in the case someone loves their unique music taste.

I love everything about this app! However I wish there was an option to order in advance and pay in store when you arrive. I know there could be concern about people taking off without paying, but those orders could be set out of reach until theyve been paid for when the customer arrives. There are other businesses that provide this service, like Sheetz, and there is no issue with nonpayment. This is just a suggestion that would be a huge help to several customers like myself! :)

I have been using this for a while. It seems to crash and cause the till to go funny when scanned in store and doubles the price. The app feels crowded and not very neat unlike other coffee chain apps such as Costa and Cafe Nero. Starbucks is my coffee of choice but I feel the app needs a overhaul

It does what it says. Using a pixel 3 with current Android OS. I enjoy Starbucks and this app is a swell companion. You have to load it with cash and then it makes the transaction process substantially easier while rewarding you with silly-ass points. Points get redeemed for free stuff with certain conditions. The yoosch...(the usual stuff).

This app does not work on my Android device. I've managed to upload my credit card but it won't keep my address information, and because it won't do that I can't upload my Starbucks card information, and when I try to place a mobile order it gives an error screen, so it's basically useless.

This app conveniently fails to work when I am at Starbucks. Gift cards won't open and it keeps crashing, especially when I try to add rewards (they expire now, too!). The format is ok, which is why I gave it 2 stars, plus the ads and marketing material seem to work seamlessly. I wish the app would remember my password so I don't have to keep remembering it.

Consistently slow to upload menus, and have been experiencing "Oops, something went wrong on our end. Try again." For over a week. I've got $20 left on my card and just want to use it up. Won't be reloading afterwards.

Works well for payments. Easy navigation through the menu. It's very nicely layed out and is visually appealing. The only down side is that I downloaded the app in the US but when I moved back to Canada it won't let me mobile order at Canadian locations. I can pull up the the store locator but can't order.

Not my favorite app. It seems that I always have trouble when it comes to getting my rewards. I try my hardest to fulfill the challenges to get extra star reward points, only to fall short when I have to pay in store. This app is faulty and seems to do me wrong on a regular. It only works when I do mobile orders. I'm over it. Still sucks. How do I collect my rewards when my app wont reflect it?

I love the idea of the stars. However, I got the app at the same time as my boyfriend and I use it a lot more than he does. The deals/promotions they offer through the app are consistently better for people who use it less. Example: in two weeks we got deals that said if you come X amount of times you get X extra stars, we would get the deals on the same day and his were always better than mine (when we first got the app, we both got the same deals). Wish the deals were consistent.

Don't use the app, as it never lets me sign in when I am standing in line. I Find it easier to use the CARD. However, I have auto refill, but if the order is over the amount currently in the account, I still have to pay cash for the small balance. then a few minutes later the additional money shows up on the card. WHY not just do an IMMEDIATE notice of payment so you don't have to search for cash when you think the card will cover it. AND this guarantees NO TIP! Almost too hard to use any of your products.

"We're sorry, a system error occurred. Please try again later." - Is the response I've gotten every time I've tried to add a credit card to my account. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried on multiple days. Online search suggests most people had this issue logging in. I had no problem logging in. I had a gift card on file. Used that with no issue. Still can't pay with my own credit card. Please take my money!!!

This update (downloaded TODAY) did NOTHING but crash and freeze. After restarting my phone over 3 times and this "updated" app that did nothing but freeze over TEN times, it opened ONCE to let me pay for my drink. You are VERY lucky your employees are patient. If i did not have stars I want to retain, I'd never use your app (android) again, AND find a new coffee shop. How dare you release an update that was NOT debugged but simply a glorified holiday marketing ploy.

It's a really good app.. but it doesn't work properly... I mean, when I wanna create my account there's always that issue " something went wrong, please try again later"... and when I finally managed to create it... there's the "A system problem occurred" when I wanna sign in

Used to be a really helpful tool! I dont keep many company apps but this one was worth it. Now its NOT WORKING. It wont let me add my info or starbucks cards to the app so I cant order on mobile or pay with my phone and get the rewards. PLEASE FIX IT. I dont want to see those rewards go down the drain

First, foremost. If Chase Visa and Starbucks decide to go hand in hand in business, let the right hand know what the left is doing! App: sometimes it works, mostly not. Has "rewards incentives" yet rewards are never given. Starbucks employees are as baffled with app saying it doesn't work for them. Add insult to injury, they instruct consumers to contact Starbucks. Guess whom the robot sent me to? CHASE. So I speak to Chase CSR, and she advises to go to Starbucks. Oh $49 for Starb/Chase card

I use to love the app. However, now I can't log into the app or website. I have changed my password and still nothing. I keep getting "system error". I called, they had me reset my password again. Still nothing! Then told me to use the physical card instead of app. LOL! I advised him I cant load money on the card through the app to use the card. Case has been escalated. Smh.

Installed years ago and it's still going strong. Adding money is easy and it shows up almost instantly. Very robust and it shows what stores do and don't have accurately (looked up a drink on the app, showed the store didn't have it, got up from the table and double checked with the cashier and they confirmed it). Can't recall it ever stopping working and no glitches as far as I remember.

Since adding tipping a long while back for the Android version, this app has been great to use. Easy to load money when needed. Good integration between the Find Stores results and Google Maps. Starbucks marketing will be happy to know that the app is probably one of the two main reasons I go to Starbucks over other large coffee retailers.

They can't fix the app log in problem. Spoke to difference support agents, none of them can help. Asked them to send replacement card, over 2 months now, still haven't received it yet. It's very frustrated. They keep telling me to wait for card to arrive.

It's Ok. Initially when the app 1st came out I think it was better with the original programming software. Want to upgrade AI just don't like it anymore we don't get enough star dashes or they make the star das not worth enough stars especially for them out of money we spend.

This app has a simple annoying problem. I signed up when I was in Canada but the default location was the US. I could not change the location and I could not order in Canada. I had to call the customer service for this minor problem and finally it's been about 10 days that I called and nothing happened

Unable to get app to work. I have been trying for weeks to add gift cards to my account, it doesn't work. Will not let me update my personal information. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I have gift cards expiring soon and I want to add them to the app to get them all in the same place. So frustrating!!!

Last updates have been awful. My app either crashes when I go to pay or before the main page ever loads. The only solution from Starbucks has been uninstall and reinstall the app but that really only works occasionally. Really think there should be better solutions. Seems that this issue is the bulk of bad reviews

Dumb and frustrating. You only get stars added when you actually pay through the app. You can't just pay with your credit card or cash and still get points....I've done that my past few purchases and made sure the barista scanned my app yet I still get no points for buying anything.

EDIT: You can say 'No Whip' now! Overall, the app does everything I expect it to and works very well. However, the one issue I have is the inability to specifically say "no whipped cream" for a drink order. You can add it, but you can't say you explicitly don't want it. Barista's constantly add it to drinks w/o me asking for it, which is a problem with someone who is lactose intolerant and is already paying more for almond milk. The label on my mobile order needs to just say "no whipped cream".

App is garbage! I wish 0 stars was an option. It set my home country as UK but I'm in Canada. It won't let me change the country in edit account info. When I try to add my credit card I continually get "system error. Please try again later." No I will not try again later. The point of apps like this is convenience. When your app is not convenient.... delete.

This bug has been on the Android app for months now and still not fixed. I tried contacting tech support and they just ignored me. You cannot modify drinks on android app. Meaning if a drink came with 4 pumps of vanilla syrup, you cannot reduce it to 2 pumps. It will not save changes. If you want less ice, it will not save. If you want 2% milk, it will not save. Among other issues, the menu to browse is messed up too. Click on menu, then item, go back to menu and it sends you back to main page.

Although I like this app a lot, I have experienced difficulties with the rewards program. For instance, the last stars challenge I participated in did not recognize one of my purchases and did not recognize the completion. Starbucks rewards was very amicable in remedying this problem. Thank-you.

Used to love it, but now I can't seem to mobile order. It just shows loading forever, and never actually loads so I can order in advance. The payment still works, but without mobile order and with the changes to the stars program (I had hundreds but they all expired now) I might as well just use the plastic card.

Never gives you all the promotional stars you earn. Multiple times I have selected their challenges and get extra stars. This one was, order 7 times in 7 days and get 75 stars. On day 5 you get 25 stars, on day 6 you get 25 stars and on day 7 you get 25 stars. On day 5 I got 25. On day 6 it didn't give me any. And on day 7 they gave me 25 and called it day 6. Never got the credit for 25 stars. I contacted rewards program. I provided them with proof. They have done nothing after I provide proof

After numerous of password resets I still cannot login with my new password. The app won't let me login. It keeps giving me "A system error has occurred. Please try again later". It's been like this for a week. Tried numerous time on the browser and on phone.

This app is terrible. I've tried to get it set up a number of times during the last year and no luck. It wont let me update my user information in my profile, everytime there is an error message "a system error has occured, please try again later." I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no luck.

Horrible! I have a free drink offer that expired today and I went to use it and it not longer on the app. Why doesn't Starbucks give you till the end of the day to use the offer? Absolutely ridiculous. Never have this problem with Dunkin. Not coming back to Starbucks. Ever. Good bye!

Since the new app, everytime there's a Starbucks for Life contest it won't let us Canadians play! It tells us to sign in, brings us to the US site, then says we need to be on the Canadian site and redirects us to sign into the Canadian site, you go to the contest and then the problem repeats itself. It's a never ending loop. Please fix it or remove it and stop advertising it in Canada if it's not open to us. Incredibly frustrating.

Very spammy. The app actually uses Android's Notification Channels but lumps them all into one channel called Promotions & Order Status. If you want to mute the spam you have to mute any updates on your order status, too. This isn't an oversight, it's by design. Very scummy.

The app stopped working after last signout. A couple of my friends are also facing the same issue. So far Starbucks hasn't released any updates for this ; it always ends with "system error has occured. please try again later" my Starbucks app no longer works on my phone. This issue has been going for so long and support was clueless. The fix is simple "Change your default language to your country ex. English (US) if u live in US. English(UK) and English(IN) likewise

Absolutely terrible update and am waiting for another one. Ever since the last update, I cannot open the app on my phone and therefore cannot get any of the bonus points. Anxiously awaiting an update for this app to work again. 0 stars for the new app, 5 stars before the update. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting my phone, tried it all.

The app is easy to use, convenient and fast. Would have given 5 stars if it was easy to provide feedback when an online order is incorrect. Nothing worse than picking up your drink, getting in the car to your destination, wait for your drink to cool a bit, and take your first sip, and it is WRONG!! An option to pull up your order on the app and provide feedback for that specific order, request a refund, or, next coffee (same value), free. (Cap the # of times based on cust profile/useage).

Piece of garbage. Hasn't worked since update. Customer service terrible. Can't access app or any of my cards. Update: Thank you for fixing. You should probably get rid of the "tech support" people who handled this ticket. Instructions that made no sense. Delayed response and ignoring. Couldn't construct a sentence. Ignored everything in my emails. Had no idea what OS I was using. Useless.

The only thing that needs fixing is the fact that the app doesn't work well with entering your password. It constantly says that your password is incorrect before accepting it. (Not an operator error) When I had this issue the last time though, the chat customer service lady was amazing. She helped me get my points and my app squared away.

For whatever reason your password on the app randomly stops working from time to time, and when you go to change it, the app will not recognize the change when you try to reload your wallet. You can literally sign out and back in with your account no problem, but when you try to reload your wallet in the app it does not register the new password. Makes absolutely no sense.

App is fine. But always have issues with being signed out and have to reset my password. Can't Reuse previous passwords so always forget the new one and have to reset it again every time I use the app. Would enjoy the app if I could reset my password to something I would remember

I only wish there was a way to be able to browse & buy coffee cups. Also, if we can buy a cup w "stars" & a it's over 20$ that we can pay remaining with left over stars or cash. Or if we can buy a 20$ item with 400 stars, & there's 2/$9.95 cups we like, that we can buy them both with 400 stars. That we can see all starbucks items & buy with our stars, would be cool.

Having issues with login to my account for a few days already. It is not credentials related as it is clearly saying system error. Same issue with my wife's account. We have rewards that are going to expire in 2 days and we can't use them until this is fixed. Finally found the solution from other users experienced the same problem. It was related to language code setting. Definitely it is after one of the app of upgrades but support not aware of that and can't provide solution.

I was getting the unexpected service error try again later. I tried a lot of different things to get it to work, multiple uninstalls and reinstalls, multiple password changes, reading what others had done to fix it and trying those. I eventually caved and called customer support. They told me to just not use the app and that there was nothing that could be done. Then I saw someone here mention changing your phone's language. I changed it from UK English to Canada English and it works now

Every time I try to order a drink in the last month, the app says something went wrong on their end and I end up not being able to use the app to order my drink. Super annoying. Especially because my drinks always come out more expensive in store than the app...which I don't know how that's possible.

Latest update keeps crashing. Each time I try to open the app, it opens for all of 2 seconds before shutting down Update 2019-10-26: The app updated again, and now when I try to open it, the app crashes. I can't even get to the login screen. Every time they update this app, it craps out. Makes the whole thing absolutely useless.

A terrible experience with the App!!! I would give a zero if I could!!! I was totally frustrated and irritated with this app. I sent emails back and forth with the company for a month since I installed the app. I literally had done EVERYTHING the IT department suggested and nothing was working. I couldn't login the app whatsoever. Customer representatives were very polite and friendly. However, the company should really know how to solve simple problems with the app that they have developed. Luckly, I've read a super useful user review here and solved my problem immediately. App works okay, but beware of stars not posting. I've had several instances where stars earned were never posted. I ended up having to call---which is a big pain. Should not have to call customer service to receive the stars. Makes me wonder how many times this happens to other people, especially those that don't pay close attention.

Great app! It sure saves money. The only downside it that I must have money on the card in order to use it and to earn stars. yes I can reload, but I wish there was an easier way. Also there should an option to connect our credit or debit cards and still earn points without having to use a Starbucks card. But I guess it makes sense that they don't do that.

"A system error has occurred. Please try again later." Can't log in. Like many others, getting this error every time. Tried making new account. Still can't log in. Serious issues with the latest versions of this app. No follow up from customer service after escalating. I don't think this update should have gotten past QA.

I love the app. However, 2 things would improve the Customer experience:. 1) allow clients to enter in missed receipts and 2) allow clients to use their PIN only when using the app for purchases or adding money. Just noticed, as of 10/16, the app has added 2 factor authentication, we will see if that addresses issue 2

I absolutely love this app! Stars build up very quickly, I've only had this app for a few months and I can't even begin to tell you how many free drinks of my choice I've gotten, plus its super easy to send giftcards to your friends to cheer them up or just let them know you're thinking of them. I highly recommend this app and its free!!!!

Its always been easy , i use it because i order ahead before work and in my area it gets packed so its nice to not have to wait in line , its easy to add money ..ive done big group orders as well and theres various customizations available ..ive never had a problem i love it! Ps employees are super nice , they greet me with my name because i go so often lol

It's been almost 2 months and I still cannot log in on the app. I just keep getting a system error everytime. I know my password is correct because I've not only changed it but I can log in on the website just fine. Please fix this..

To start collecting rewards, it seems I need a digital Starbucks card. Can't get that without an address. Can't add address to account - constantly getting "system error". Can't add address via website because the add personal info page keeps coming up blank. Wasted too much time with this mess. Going to Dunkin...

App shows drinks ordered, but doesn't submit all of them to store. Also, when you change the password (you have to enter it every time to add funds) it doesn't register new one right away. Not problems an app with this many users should have

Love this app except for one major flaw. Three times now, the Starbucks I always go to has had electrical or mobile app issues. The app automatically re-routes my order to another store 15 minutes away in the opposite direction I need to travel. It's not easy to recognize that the app has done this. I show up at my usual Starbucks to find out that my drink/lunch is not ready. The app needs to advise that its changing locations and ask if that's OK before charging my credit card.

You need to upgrade your birthday drink. Only having a birthday drink for one day honestly is not right when all other places when they give you a birthday coupon it last to the end of the month. Other than that I love the Starbucks app. That's the only reason why I changed my stars.

Update Nov2/19: thanks for listening to users' feed back and fixing the app. New update (v5.12) fixed the Android usage issue. Thanks for fixing! App doesnt work in Android. Used to work. Changed devices and downloaded app and get "system error..." come back later". Works fine on my iphone and can still log in to the website. Looks like this is a rampant problem -- maybe it's time to fix it?!?

Haven't been able to sign in for over a month since I downloaded the app. I've changed my passwords, reinstalled the app, and used a different email address and nothing works. I continue to get a "system error" message. And I can't log in on my laptop either! I continually get messages saying my username or password are invalid, which they are not because when I try to create a new account, I get a message saying an account with that email already exists! Your system is severely flawed.

The rewards program is kind of awful. You can only recieve points by paying with money that you load onto the app before hand. That means that you cannot recieve rewards from paying with cash or a regular credit card. It is true that one can set the account to auto refill from your bank, but I don't have enough cash or visit often enough to have some perpetually set aside for starbucks.

What happened to this app? I've had it for years and it was working fine. I opened it for the first time in a couple of months and all of a sudden, I'm signed out. I tried to sign back in many times, changing my password, deleting the app and reinstalling it. Nothing worked. Yet I still keep getting emails about new offers! Starbucks better fix this app because I still have money on it!

Fair and useful, but needs upgrade to types of milk. If food items and seasonal drinks can be marked as "Not available at this location", then the same should apply to types of milk. I went to Bernal/Santa Teresa Store in San Jose, CA this afternoon, app showed my drink was ready, store did not have it ready when I got there. Turns out, store was out of almond milk, but barista said nothing they can do about removing types of milk available on-site from the app! Please add that to next upgrade!

It's great when it's working and no mistakes are made. I constantly check my balance (always Make sure you get your receipt, have had instances where points, money went missing), but 800 will normally correct it. I don't put large amounts of money in the app anymore sure to said mistakes, but I do like the app and 800 #.

The only things I wish the app would improve on are showing the details of a transaction like in a mobile order so I can see whether or not I was charged for something I ordered but did not get and what items have been purchased towards bonus points, otherwise I love the app!

Very easy to use and haven't had any problems with it since downloading it. I really like having everything (points, payment card, ordering etc.) all in one spot and the menu is easy to navigate.

Starbucks is changing the retail experience with this app. It's pretty cool when you can easily order before you get there and have it ready when you arrive. Instant integration with customer loyalty perks is a huge plus. Great job!

A little too weird... Any app that moves my money IN ANY WAY, should, that is, MUST have an accurate and detailed history that can give me clear information to balance the accounting. This app does not. It's cute to scan my phone to pay, but in the end, it's just too cavalier with MY finan I'll be using up the balance and points then uninstalling... Unless you make a major change to the clarity of your accounting.

So convenient and so far absolutely secure. The only issues I've had using this app have come from operator error on the part of certain barristas who've filled "hot" orders as "iced" which have simply served to confirm my own taste preferences & provided appreciated perspective that 1.) We're all still human and make mistakes 2.) Starbucks makes it alright. If every business made doing business this easy to do business w/ them...what world that would be.
