Description
Star Xperience is the official application of PT Dipo Star Finance (DSF), providing digital services to help customers access financing information and apply for financial services in accordance with applicable regulations.
Through Star Xperience, customers can access Contract Information, Cash Loans, Business Capital, Car Loans, Vehicle Ownership Certificate (BPKB) Collection, and Rewards through a transparent and secure process.
Cash Loans – Loan Information
Cash Loans is a loan service provided by PT Dipo Star Finance, secured by a vehicle's BPKB (vehicle ownership certificate) to meet various customer needs.
Loan Information:
- Loan amount: IDR 1,000,000 – IDR 500,000,000
- Loan term: 3 – 30 months
- Interest rate starts from 0.68% flat per month
- Admin fee of IDR 550,000
Loan Calculation Example:
Cash loan of IDR 80,300,000 with a term of 26 months and an interest rate of 8.19% per year, with an admin fee of IDR 550,000 resulting in monthly installments of IDR 3,661,500 for a total payment of IDR 95,199,000 (including principal and interest, excluding other fees, if any).
Loan amount, term, interest rate, and fees may vary for each customer depending on the credit analysis results and applicable terms.

Contract Information
Customers can view financing details, including due dates, payment history, payment methods, and vehicle asset information.
Business Capital
Financing services secured by vehicle ownership certificates (BPKB) to support business development needs in accordance with applicable policies.
Car Loans
Simulation and loan applications for new and used Mitsubishi cars according to financing terms and conditions.
BPKB Collection
Services for reserving vehicle document pickup after financing is complete.
Rewards
