Edit: all of my concerns have been fixed, changed to 5 stars. This app has a major usability issue. The back button doesn't work. In the age of 6+ inch phones, it's ridiculous to force your users to reach all the way to the upper left corner to hit the app's own back arrow instead of the back button built into Android. The app also needs a dark mode. This is a problem as US trading hours are in the middle of the night in Australia.

Status changed to "verifying documents" after update. Have had an account for months and have a portfolio. Opened a support ticket and they didn't even read it, just sent a boilerplate response. Now I have to chase them up to read it properly, fix the account and restore my access. It has been like this for days. As soon as they were alerted they should have scanned all accounts for similar anomalies, worked out the root cause and fixed it. But no. So I can no longer trade. Will be liquidating and transferring funds out of there as soon as possible. Though I understand getting you money back is also a huge drama. Do not use this service. Your money will be at risk. Update: two support tickets later and still no grasp of the issue Update2: Stake support just asked me to confirm I am the General Consul for Papua New Guinea. Incredible. Not only can they not work out who is who on their system they also leak information about other customers. And to suggest that this is related to ASX updates. Which would surely mean this impacts every single person on their platform. "Perfectly standard" according to support. Perfectly standard to confuse between customers and lock them out of their accounts for over a week.

I'm not a fan of companies that creates problems to sell you a solution. You download the app, go through the rigamarole, get your shares then X months go by and you're informed you no longer have access to the premium service and need to pay a monthly subscription fee if you don't want to add 2 days lag on your orders. So then I look at moving my shares off and they hold them for a $200 ransom on top of that. $0 brokerage, massive costs later. Stay away

The recent update font is going to take some time to get used to, I find the thinner font a lot harder to read. Also would be nice if you could add more than 1 watch list or some kind of sort functionality in watchlists, ie date added, alphabetical, ETF's vs Stocks Etc. But mainly multiple watch lists, the user can then sort or group shares as they please. All in all love the app and keep up the good work!

Excellent app. Latest features are great. Looking forward to ASX competition. Commsec need more competition. Any chance of adding US futures to the app so we can see the likely direction of market movements pre-open?

I like the app very much infact they are the pioneers of ZIP gift card and credit card funding. One thing I am disappointed they discontinued credit card and ZIp gift card funding without members consent. Now I had to trade with IG else I would have given five stars . I am already aware of bank transfer but The question is all about different funding convenience either debit , credit card , bank transfer or paypal or poly. Stake Team could provide an extra feature to STAKE BLACK members for credit card funding.

Good app. No brokerage fees! It'll be good when they get the ASX under their belt. The UI could do with a bit of tweaking though. And maybe an automated direct debit system like raiz would be great. Other than that can't complain.

Not sure what's wrong with the update. The app says it's time to update, but when I click on update its stuck at pending. No other info is provided. Bad messaging or update management. Was working well till now.
