Delayed and Damaged the product. Package was misrouted a few times resulting in delay. Each time the update from their end was customer refused delivery even though no one had contacted me at all. Finally the day package came, there was only one guy who came to deliver a 300kg furniture. Since he was alone he unloaded the product in a way it never should be handled without caring for the weaker or fragile sections. Damaged the product beyond repair.

Worst customer experience ever. I tried to call them continuously for 3 days straight daily but they didn't answer my calls and I kept waiting on Ivr upto 30 minutes. And apart from that I didn't even recieved a single callback. Even now m calling them but I kept on waiting.

Worst delivery service. Dont use it, if you do, surely you will regret. It's been 19 days, i didn't get my parcel. No response from customer service!

Hi, I booked consignment 10 days before now from tracking i can find my parcel 100 kms away from destination. From last 5 days i m asking for contact details but not getting on response. Please help me to close this issue as soon as possible. Due to this delay i had to face loss of my business, my customer is continuously asking for cancelation of order as raksha bandhan is tomorrow and yet parcel is not available. Regards, Abhishek Singh

* I will tell you point wise why you SHOULDN'T use this service : 1. Unskilled and confused staff. 2. Too much delay in your consignment delivery. You will end up calling them several times and they would give a vague answer. 3. Very slow package delivery.

Worst courier service.. Even after my continuous endeavour to track my consignment through customer care and mail nothing is clear.they can't even tell when it will get delivered.they are already running late.my shipment should have been delivered 2 days before but still no sign of delivery. They don't even update on there portal.. disgusting...

Worst experience, their tagline is engineered for accuracy. I'm telling nothing could be quite wrong Their customer service sucks Everyone is so rude Gave me wrong information Cancelled my booking two times in a single day without explanation Their app has the worst user experience And on top of it The customer service are so rude that They hang up on you after screaming at you and they don't even listen to you. There should be negative stars for frauds like this. What a waste app

Worst on service there is no proper delivery on time it takes more than 10 days to deliver a product..... Never face a dam worst like this better avoid spot on waste of money and time... And there is no customer care services to tracking product or asking of details....... Totally waste

Very poor customer support team , my consignment was booked on 20th july but they took full 8 days to deliver the same , expected TAT was 3 days . Tried to contact executives also , but they kept on connecting to other staffs.

Worst ever experience. These individual are totally worst in service. No one is there to communicate after you have given them money. There is no exact tracking for the bike. I have booked a transportation of my hike on 18 june, 2020. Today it's 06 july 2020, eighteen days and I haven't get my bike yet. No customer care executive is responding. I m trying from last 3 days to contact them but no one is even answer to any of my call. I would suggest anyone other except this services provider. 🤯
