This app keep crashing and couldn't get any help from the seller either. All I could get from the seller was to up load a video to youtube showing that the app doesn't work. And send pictures of bar codes and labels. Take heed when the ratings for this app is less than %50. App finally loaded but will not recognize watch. How troubling.

App constantly loses binding with watch. Therefore rendering the app and the watch more or less useless. It's just a watch that tells time now.

Even the US version of this app has some instructions in Chinese, this is useless. Can't add photo of self, says access denied even with all permissions turned on. Touch location icon in app and it's all in Chinese, again this is useless. Why offer an English version if it's not 100% English?

This app is a complete joke. I have a Skmei watch. I connected my watch through device management and the moment my watch is connected, I exit out of device management and the watch disconnects. Developers, if you're going to create an app at least show concern for your customers and fix the damn app! 😡

this app is not bad however if you like tracking your progress the graph does not populate so you have a hard time keeping track. the watch was listed as a smart watch but its more of a fitness tracker so if you are contemplating getting one of these watches hoping to get full smart watch functionality look somewhere else as I got the most expensive one. recap I am happy with the watch functionality just expected to be able to check messages and keep up with my fitness progress.
