I've uninstalled so many times I've lost count. It just doesn't work. It constantly hourglasses and goes nowhere. Again today I re-installed it hoping it would finally work, but no, it's the same old story. I see from a ton of reviews others are having issues as well. I'd like to be able to use it, so please fix it. Thank you. P.S. I clicked 1 star, but it's useless so actually, it's Zero stars.

App works pretty well, in my opinion, not top-tier but better than most. Menu interface is responsive, except when scrolling through the guide, which doesn't accelerate the longer you scroll. Considering the number of channels available, that seems like a missed opportunity. Picture quality is fine, comparable to that provided using the cable box. I'm mostly writing this review because I can't find any other way to request a feature. I can be bribed to up this to 5 stars in a heartbeat if I could set my startup channel to "My Library" or my recordings list. I always had my cable box turn on to the on-demand channel in blessed silence and absolutely HATE having the app come on with a live channel. C'mon, Spectrum, isn't that last star worth a little software update?

This Application is intended for the user to watch Cable TV from their Wifi on a device at "Home" that isn't considered a TV. Laptop, Phone, Tablet. When you leave the coverage area of your Wifi Application will error.. At this time you will see 95% of the Channels disappear. You will only be able to have your Purchased Packaged List of Channels while your at home within reach of your Wifi. If you want a station, you will need to Download their specific Application to run on your Cell Service!

Tried this App twice now because it's nice to bundle, but it doesn't hold a candle to hulu. No dvr, stations are locked if your not on your home network and both times we have tried the app it has messed with our internet, causing our other devices with no prior issues to cut out, forcing us to reset the modem. Compared to other TV apps it's just not good for what you can get for you money elsewhere. For such a big company I would expect a top of the line product not one that is subpar at best

Spectrum is awful. This app is a little less awful than the cloud DVR, which apparently isn't compatible with (nearly) any TV. Thus the second star. Why can't I screen cast to my Samsung TV? Or my Fire TV? Or my Roku? I am stuck watching any program I have recorded on a small screen, which means I rarely end up using Spectrum TV at all - and my husband never does. SOOOOOO FRUSTRATING!

They need to upgrade their services like voice command on the remotes and wifi instead of a box on every tv, we moved and had to get spectrum, we had Xfinity, it was great, very easy to navigate and many more options, we feel like now we have been downgraded and the remote is not user friendly. Wish we could get xfinity in our area.

Needs improvement. I've experienced several television channels are weirdly not accessible through this app despite being part of my subscription plan. Ex. CBS, TBS, Spectrum Sportsnet, etc. The work around is downloading the apps for each channel and then logging into those apps with your Spectrum credentials. I was hoping this app would be similar to YouTube TV or Sling. Also, the app should use the Chromecast cast icon instead of the airplay cast icon. The On Demand menu is ok

The channels are freezing up.. So im having to go to another channel and then go back to the channel im watching to get it to start back working.. But its a ongoing issue and i miss out on what im watching. I tried restarting the app and restarting my phone and signing out and nothing is working.. Please fix the issue. Been thinking about deleting the app😠😠

Spent countless hours wasting my time trying to get the app to work. The website to troubleshoot is useless. Plainly The worst tv app. No trouble with Direct TV, Sling and TV station apps. Just the spectrum apps give issues and are worthless. Not caring about customers who spend money just for the app. And YES! You leave your house and you lose channels. Why are you guys making it so complicated for users? I'm ready to go back to Direct TV, it goes with me every where I go around the world

...so on my Apple TV this review pops up asking if I'm happy with Spectrum then it has me scan a QR code & it brings me to, "Rate This App." The app is great but Spectrum Cable SUCKS!!! They have constant outages! I can't wait for Google Fiber or at&t to come into our area so we can switch. We signed a 2 yr contract & as soon as that's over we're switching to something better. Because of covid-19; I'm taking classes online. During my Math Final Exam Spectrum had an outage. Thanks Spectrum! Sux!
