I like the gameplay, but i have one suggestion. Can you add a swiping effect? It kinda felt weird for me to use buttons, so I think swiping would control the little ship better.

The look of the game instantly reminds me of Gridrunner on the old Commodore computers, but the gameplay is more reminiscent of pacman. Personally I found the game to be blah... I like the dev's style, just not the gameplay.
