I was extremely excited to installed this app after the recommendation from an AT&T support rep. After installing the app I quickly discovered many features she mentioned are not available, most likely because they are not supported by the U-verse equipment.

Mine sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Sometimes it gets stuck on the first screen where all it says is "You're Online!" and I cant get it to switch over to the main page where you can access what devices are connected.

Awesome functionality in this app. You can find the the weak WiFi spot in your home, troubleshoot issues, easily manage more than one account and change your password.

When I first downloaded the app it worked fine. Lately, I haven't been able to add devices to my existing profiles. It just goves me a message saying try it again this is so aggravating

This app used to work really well, but now I can't read the message notifications. It stalls out and the app closes after about 30 seconds.

Perfect! I was able to rename and create my own wifi password. Usage tells who when and how much usage for all connections. I can also kick off and limit connections. Even the regular att app can't do this.

Makes it easy to see the status of the internet connection. Really like the wifi signal monitoring with AR showing color coding of your footsteps with signal strength.

Half the time this app is useless. Can't contact Live support half the time the stupid chatbot is like I dont understand the question. Fix that shít!

This app worked great until the July update. Now it just gives me a sign-in error message; "Unable to sign in. We are experiencing a temporary system error. Please try again later." Everytime the same error message. Now I have no way to control my home wifi. This still happens after I've reset my password, uninstalled & reinstalled, and AT&T's second line of tech support sent me a link to install the most up to date app.
