The App must crash every 30 mins and no reason for it. If this worked well then would be an excellent app. Update 01.10.2021. Still keeps crashing on my Chromebook after a short period of time then I have to shut down and attempt to log back in. Spent too long trying to fix issues and no clear reason why it keeps doing it. Needs some real investment due to money spent a month on Sky.

On occasions, the Q box can not connect. This week it was "off the air" for 2 days. I carried out all the instruction provided by Sky without result. All the lights on the Q box were illuminated - indicating it was connected. Then, suddenly it started working again! This has happened on a number of occasions. It seems the system might be unstable. Any way, very good when it it working

If you like watching the same ad over and over again this is amazing. Advertising doesn't work I don't need an app to sell my old clothes or go to pets at home to look after my pets. Stop wasting my time I just mute the adverts. This is why Netflix is so much better than sky.

Go has improved considerably recently. It used to be almost unusable at times, pixelating, breaking up, halting and dropping out completely even over a fast internet connection. Now, it is better, but still way behind other streaming service like Netflix. Over a mobile connection, it is mostly acceptable although still plagued at times by buffering issues, blurring and occasional pauses. It refused to even run on a laptop. Netflix performed flawlessly over the same connection.

I use this to set up recordings of TV shows when I am out and about, for later viewing on my Sky Q. For some reason it only allows me to record the SD version of most BBC shows despite the fact I actually pay for the full HD and UHD package. On the Sky Q box I can of course record the HD version but that requires me to be at home. Given that I, and I am sure many users, only use the App when away from home I'd like to see Sky work a bit more on this aspect of the App.

I set SKY GO up at home because I was due to spend four days in hospital. It worked fine at home, but completely failed in the hospital. Other things did work such as BBC IPLAYER. So I don't think the hospital environment had any thing to do with SKY not working. SKY GO has always been temperamental and disappointing. You pay your £100 a month and it doesn't work. Maybe a change is due!!!

It could be good for watching some TV on the go. That's when it actually works. It was working on my phone and tablet but now just says I don't have permission to access the server. Even though I'm at home and both devices are connected to my sky Q box.

The TV guide is not as good as on the sky + app. If you click on a channel then go back it takes you back to the start (101) which is very annoying if you're looking at anything above 110. It also appears that you cannot set up your own favourite channel list, plus BBC 1 HD, Ch5 HD are not under 101 and 105 they're up at some crazy number

Still does not work on the Fusion 5 tablet, as it thinks it is routed! In todays environment this should not be a problem. Sky need to get their fingers out and fix this imposition once and for all.

Forced to use this having upgraded our sky box to sky Q but why can't I see on the app what we've recorded to the box? I want to see what we've recorded without switching on the TV. Please include this in an update. Also, when I look through the TV guide on the app it shows random things have been set to be recorded when I know they haven't. Rubbish app.
