Just echoing the other 1* reviews here. I subscribe to this through my Vodafone deal but I'll be cancelling as I am now paying money for literally nothing. You used to be able to cast the screen to your TV through a Google Chrome device but about 18 months ago they removed that functionality. Then about a month ago the app stopped working altogether - I just get 'Please check your network coverage', and yes, I've tried everything). People I've spoken to at Sky have no idea, terrible service.

Absolutely appalling service from Sky. Spoke to their customer service when the app stopped working and they suggested (they didn't know for certain, which is more worrying) that Sky have stopped supporting this app in favour of pushing all customers to the expensive Now TV option. Fair enough, Sky, but you might want to notify your customers who are already paying a subscription to Google for the service.

Horrendous waste of money...a scam...worst app I have had...at least a few years ago it worked. A few weeks ago I sent screenshots to customer support of subscription and that it was still telling me I had to subscribe, they said they couldn't see images despite standard screenshots! Now app won't even open...ive probably paid hundreds on this subscription to get nothing for many months. Should be reported to trading standards and app removed from store.

After replacing my old phone (Moto G6 plus for a Moto G7 plus)) the app won't work anymore, it keeps giving me the message: your device is not authorized for this feature. 7 months later still doesn't work....sky says it's because my phone is not popular...😳😤😩 Swapped. MotoG for Galaxy S9 and?... Nothing, app still doesn't work. I was offered sky now for free, great!? 1 year later, last week I got a call, sky is killing the app, so I will loose my legacy privilege, total utter rubbish by sky!

Problems continue to plague this app. Works less often than not. Paying for a service that is always faulty. Not good enough Sky App has not worked properly for months and not at all since 27th December. I have sent multiple emails when you call sky they say they cant help. No reply to my emails. Money has been taken no service whatsoever. Do not bother with sky sports mobile TV app. Sky cant be bothered so why should any of us

I used this app with a Vodafone subscription about 5 years ago. Returning back (though no longer a Vodafone customer) it does not work and just directs me to Vodafone--lets me log in, lets me pay, won't let me watch. Sky said it's nothing to do with them and I should contact Vodafone. Vodafone is not interested because I'm not a customer. Sky really needs to pull this app if they are not going to support it, it's a mess.

Utterly dreadful from Sky. As previously mentioned by others, I could not just simply purchase a package and instead was directed to Vodafone (no idea why). Contacted customer service. Had to listen for 5 minutes while an automated voice did its best to try and get me to hang up. Eventually got through. Wrong department. Said they'd transfer me to App support. 10 minutes on hold, only to find I'd been transferred to Broadband. Transferred again, only to be on hold for 40 mins before I gave up.

Problem after problem... At the moment it won't load and says 'check the network coverage' (i couldn't have a stronger signal). When it does work i have to sign in every time and it will crash a lot.

Terrible app. The App Decides when it wants to work. If it doesn't want to work it says "check your network coverage" When there is absolutely nothing wrong with your Internet.

Shocking!! You pay for a subscription each month and the thing don't work! I have done the reset of internet, phone, re installed app and it still comes up "check network coverage" please get this sorted as I would like to watch the F1 today!
