App is functional but refunds are a waste of money since you'll only get a refund if an asteroid his the venue. Also never sent an email detailing how to get tickets without the app. Really this could have been done without an app wasting space

Absolutely rubbish app! As a previous review has said I can't access the tickets at all despite opening the app and being sent a link to my email to try and log in. Waste of time. They should make it more obvious there is an option to open a PDF, instead of wasting my time downloading an app that clearly doesn't work properly.

Great app when it work i can book tickets for loads of different events and it stores all the tickets in one place ready to be scanned at the venue but that's not the case recently, i can still search events and pay for them but apart from that nothing else works as it should and tickets i just bought says i have none. Hope they fix this.

The worst App ever - functions just enough to take your money, but impossible to open links or obtain tickets. The 'fix' suggested by Skiddle is to click a non existing 'help' button and to blame the errors on Microsoft, even if you're using Android. Feeble and fraudulent.

Use to be a good app and service but the useful questions section is not useful, they don't answer emails and delete ur other tickets from the app if u seem to contact them to complain about other event they have stolen ur money on! that u never even got to attend, and if u check trust pilot the reviews are much worse, sort it out skiddle u use to be good!

I payed an extra fiver to have the ability to refund my tickets and I cannot find the option to get my refund?? The only option on the app is to have skiddle attempt to resell my tickets with no guarantee? Absolute waste of money.

A rubbish app on my first attempt. People keep away. I just purchased my 2 tickets for an upcoming event, downloaded the app, opened link which is all blank and yet I need my tickets. Went to help section and only thing u ask is my 4 digits of used card. You must be kidding

I just logged in with ease and my ticket was there waiting for me I have the outlook app too. I have no idea what the 1 star reviews are all about, but I didn't have a 1 star experience...

Dreadful experience. Email says to click link to download app and tickers will be there. Met with countless error messages and when I do get in, tickets aren't there. Rubbish.
