Worked great in the beginning so I purchased it for the year and now itll just stop tracking me for days. I've emailed to ask for help or to even get my money back with no response. I just wish it worked properly as it's important for my business.

Good little app, but needs some additional options, such as the option to save useful locations (work, home, etc) that can be used quickly when adding drives. Also the option to add a return journey would be great (for delivering items for example). If these additional features were included, it would be a 5-starapp! Otherwise, it is a great little app!

The app generally works as it should. However, it takes a noticeable toll on battery life. There is also no option to edit drive info should the app make an incorrect or incomplete record of a drive, and there is no way to manually add a trip should one be missed all together. Report generation is also inoperable. No email arrived in my inbox, spam folder, or otherwise. Themes are limited to 4 colors. Most importantly, and the reason I uninstalled, the privacy policy is highly, highly invasive.

This was great when you didn't have to pay. Thanks for the heads up on changing to a charging app. After getting reply fron app developer was told the following "You have been used our service for free for months. If you find our new free plan does not meet your needs, you can either upgrade or use other apps. We just don't understand why you have to trash us. We don't think we owe you anything. We are happy to charge so that we know what kind of users we want to keep and serve better."

It's been a workable app. Pretty clunky compared to some others. No ability to inspect maps or correct addresses in tracking. Very spotty drive detection. Finally time to move on because they just updated it to a paid app. No new features of course, it just costs money now. Edit: after pricing other apps I was considering keeping Simple, but going through and looking at their official replies to legitimate concerns here I have to stick with my gut. Buggy app, and crappy people behind it.

The app was wonderful until they abruptly started charging. It was advertised as completely free, which is why I chose it. Now, it is very limiting and has a monthly fee. It would have been fine if you had just been up front about this. Springing surprise charges onto users isn't the way to go. Guess I'll need to find something else.

I've been using this free app without limitations since April or May, 2019! Then out of nowhere, without any warnings, I find a 40-trip freemium gate!!! This app has lost me literally thousands of miles of business mileage as it stopped tracking my mileage in the middle of a business trip to New Orleans!!! Now I'm screwed! I wouldn't be so mad if they would've warned us! Instead, they broke their own app to pull a bait and switch!!!

Doesn't track if the app isn't open or running in the background. If you're a battery-saving processor-conserving individual like me, you'll need to either break or adjust some habits there. Otherwise, very easy to use. Very quick to categorize. The YTD report is clear and concise. Simple is as Simple does.

The app is mediocre. The reason I am installing is the monthly billing starting in the new update set at a 40 trip threshold. The average person will go over that in less two weeks if you forget to turn the engine off. The app also sucks battery life down since it depends on constant GPS and it has a hard time distinguishing a car ride from a brisk jog. ***Before you think of paying for this app just read the childish barely legible response to this honest review below.***

So far so good. It has been very accurate except when I use the battery saver or I lose reception. I wish I could adjust my mileage rate as I work for a Not-for-profit and the $0.58 USD rate in the app is very lofty. Thank you. It meets all my needs. Thank you. Since my request to change the mileage rate, you have made allowances to customize. This brings the app from great to excellent! Thank you very much!
