Fine, when it works. Often has delays in loading live trades, normally a few seconds. Right now, over an hour since I saw live trades to manage. Otherwise, the UI is ok... The dashboard isn't really that: it's a list of accounts. Correlation is generally good.

Unvetted Signals. This will help you lose significant amount of money. The signals are very poor as they don't appear to have been vetted by signal start. It appears anyone can start a signal and if you crash and burn, no problem, just start another one. SS only appears to worry about their fees. They allow signal providers who blew their accounts to create another signal.

Pathetic customer support. My account is disconnected since 2 days. Inspite of several emails to customer services they haven't responded. There were trades in the system which couldn't auto close due to disconnection. You can think of the risks. It's still disconnected and neither the app allows to add new accounts. It throws a weird incorrect password error even though the same I'd and password works fine in MT4 and across other platforms.

Painful. Tried a number of times to register. Get an invalid password error message. So I abandoned my efforts. Too much sweat for zero result. In fact it became even more of an irritant when I tried to leave this rating.

Would prefer to provide a better rating but the transparency this app provides is bad and the support provided is slow, if any. Their signals burned USD 5k in a test account in less than a week and USD 1k in my real money account. Best tot be avoided.

Needs better modern interface, looks old outdated.... and must require sellers to outline potential risks. Also needs higher payment security as to avoid fraudsters from taking advantage of users payment methods.

I have no issue with the trades as long as they are fifo compliant. The only thing that confuses me is the multiplier function but I'm getting the hang of it.

this service is dishonest and you have to be carefull, as the renewal dates for signalstart service on its own and signal provider fees are not the same, because of that you can get ripped off just like me. charged me for 60$ for signal provider even though i cancelled their own service ages ago (both payments options are located in different places on website).. asked for refund 48 prior to new month but support refused to refund.. Response to support-do u think i didnt?!?! you are pathetic!!!!

The system does not work well, not all the information is provide on the site, you need to beware who y copy and the minimal capital y need to work better, normal the minimum is 1000$. The information provided on site and phones are not the same! Not all copy's are copy. You also need to pay the provider before you can see the minimal of capital y need for that provider. The support is awesome but the rest is not so good as the support. This is my last try, just lost 2 monthly and 2 provider payment and no profit.

They sofware well engineered but room for improvement... Customer service too slow to answering question or issue you might addressing... Cost expensive when customer service level medium and signal provider could be shady... Aswel understand how to use their risk ratio multiplier system...very confusing!!! I will update my comment using the their service. It does provide copy service and signal provider at a high price value for money x
