The app does not update properly, so you cannot be sure where the buses are. The positions of buses shown on the map and the expected ETAs cannot be trusted. We wasted valuable sightseeing time in Florence waiting for buses that never came. The map does not scroll or zoom very well, it's almost unusable. Avoid City Sightseeing Hop-on-Hop-off buses in Florence, they are extremely bad value for money (infrequent buses go nowhere near the main tourist sites, just around the perimeter of the city).

Arggh, how do you keep the walking tour audio going when the phone screen turns off???? As soon as the screen turns off, the audio stop and you lose your place. Keeping the screen on all the time will drain the battery, you want to be able to walk and listen and will always watch the screen. It could also do with Google maps integration Removing one more star as GPS is not accurate for busses

The bus interval in Rome is so long in the evening (>30 min.). The app helps nothing. Very bad experience with City Sightseeing Rome and its app.

unable to download on board... i planned on installing on the boat because it was mentioned that wifi would be available... and while wifi was put provided, it was not possible to download from the playstore. so now I'm on the boat, with no app... :-/

Installed app but could not download the walking tour, so not sure what its capability is,

Maps on app are over 6 months out of date as some routes in some places are different. Also on the bus location section you can only see where the red route bus is, not any of the other buses, all in all pretty useless app
