The review system is absolutely atrocious; more than half of all comments posted go "missing". The interface itself is clunky and slow, and the player's buttons are so small they practically need a stylus to press accurately (at least that's how it feels after a while). The content itself is wildly hit-and-miss in its quality, and even the selection of classics is inconsistent. Don't think I'll be paying for another year once my subscription runs out.

3 stars for several reasons... Although it plays movies fine, it loves to just randomly crash while I'm trying to write a review. Its getting increasingly frustrating. Also, I don't get how some people have swear words in their reviews but if I try, my review isn't added. I mean, I included the word "badass" and it wouldn't post. Also, one would be lead to believe its all horror movies, but not all of them are. At least polish the review system and stop the crashing and I'll add a star back.

Well this is really disappointing so far. Just downloaded the app and signed up for free trial, planned to keep it for a good long while as there's many things I want to watch. But everything I try to watch acts like it's constantly buffering and is so stilted it's unwatchable, even if I pause for awhile to let it load (which I've never had to do on any streaming app). If it doesn't stop I'll be cancelling immediately, which is a shame. :(

This app doesnt work on my phone. Its fine the first time you use it but after that it wont even open up anymore. I tried uninstaling and re instaling and the same problem is there. And you cant watch from a browser because it just directs you to the app so i literally cant watch with my phone. Its ok on roku but forget about it with your phone.

Awful app, awful customer service, awful company. They will not help you at all. My subscription didn't work and there idea of fixing it was for me to sign up for another month and then give credit on top of that rather than just give me the months subscription I'd already paid for, only wanted it for a month to try it out and there trying to take extra money off me after it didn't work. I'd stay way clear of it because it's just not worth the hassle if something goes wrong.

I love the idea of having an app for streamable horror. I have seen some great flicks/movies with this app, when it decides to work. This app is NOTORIOUS for signing you out and having you guess your password that you may have forgot. I have had went to both desktop and the app for a password reset, but never received any emails, so I've been paying for a service I can't use. Streaming on the app has multiple crashes and buffer issues, which can get annoying.

Couldn't watch anything, signed up for the initial free trial - the details of which were within my Google subscriptions - but when I logged in and chose a film, it said I had to start a free trial. Which I clicked again to be told I was already subscribed. Went round in circles about five times and gave up. Cancelled the subscription and deleted the app.

I had an account with shudder years ago. I closed it canceled my subscription I thought everything was clear. Apparently not. I tried to open an account it keeps telling me my email is already tied to an account. I gave my email 8 times to reset the password to see what's going on. No luck not 1 reset email sent.

The app is fine. But I went from a link that said I could watch"the fly" tried on my Roku then just clicked play on my phone and it had me download the app. The fly wasn't available, but it's said it was. That's why I signed up.

Works well.needs some bug fixes like people's ratings being posted 3 times possibly affe ting the skull score. Should add liking to comments and replies. Should add a group video feature where all friends can join a video chat and watch the same movie! Keep em coming this is my favorite app ever! If you have a free trial error keep the trial uninstall and reinstall. Log in and it should work perfectly
