Your video quality for Showmax Pro Mobile is nonsense. It doesn't justify the amount of money one should pay monthly. Like really, how is R225 per month gives you 240p resolution for the picture quality? Do you understand what's happens when we stream football at 0.2GB per hour? Well, sometimes you can't really see player faces, and sometimes you can't see the ball. Funny thing with this picture, it automatically changes to 144p at times. Definitely your video is not Standard Quality ...

I would have given it a perfect score if it were easier to find movies and series. I find that the options are restricted, if you don't know what to watch and therefore cannot search, you're limited to max 20 options in one category. But still, it's been great using it.

Its absolutely flawless. I don't know if its because of memberships or anything but I don't get any ads at all. What i do suggest is adding more shows and seasons but of course that is the main goal so its just amazing. 100/10

I love it, even though was disappointed that if you don't have smart TV, you only have to view in the smartphones, tablet and PC bt it's good after all even though it consumes lot of data if you don't have access to WiFi.

Your Mobile plan is very weak, the sound quality its like one of those Cam rip movies. I mean I choose it because I want to save money. Why you guys say its 480p SD. It's not 480p. It's 360p low quality. 200MB per hour ? Really 😁 In India Amazon Prime is $1.99 per month with 720p quality. Here we get Showmax mobile plan $3.. 480p verry poor quality it's 360p. I think you guys should update your 200mb per hour and make your 480p quality smooth.

Your servers need to be better though please. I can watch a 1 hour netflix show without buffering but when I switch to your app it does, number 2 the episode tracking system doesn't perform well sometimes It'd still be stuck on a episode I've already watched... I feel I shouldn't be feeling a downgrade from using a netflix app to using yours.

It was a terrible experience with one of their customer servers declining any attempt of cancelling subscription after claiming anyone can cancel......just terrible you'd rather not pay
