How to install Shortcut Customizer v2.4.16 on Android API 9+

- Grab com.dezits.shortcut4file_22.apk — hit the Download button above (2.3 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
