These guys used to be great, definitely they used to be great and I used them very often and they used to be the go to for services but now it is the worst experience I had couple of times now. All they do now is find the cheapest service , charge high for it, the people that come to deliver the service are unprofessional and don't have the tools and even when you provide tools they manage to damage something in your house. Finally and the baddest thing about Service market is the support they got , the support team is just trying to get rid of you even when the service team they sent damaged stuff at your place. It is worthless and no one should use them anymore

So not satisfied with a company. I made a booking for a home cleaning in advance,and on a day of appointment after a long wait I found out that there is no staff enough to work on Friday and I have to reschedule. Totally unacceptable!!!!

I have booked 3 times for an electrician and even once I received the confirmation through phone, no one actually showed up. Although they mention 24 hours services is hard to believe when it's been almost 2 weeks trying to get an electrician to come. A complete waste of my time and luckily I didn't make any online payment.

Sh1tty and overpriced. First they called mistakenly 4 days earlier before the scheduled date, but on the scheduled date they didn't call or come so I had to call them. 2nd service overdue but still showing "request received" on app. Overpriced and above market regular prices.

Can't recommend it to anybody. Handymen are great, but everything else is unorganised. Staff don't know what is happening in their booking system.
