The app does not accommodate certain types of deliveries. If the driver does not have a company cell to text him/her an entry code or opts to not use their personal cell to get in the gate than, you have a difficult time getting them access through your gates. Also, haven't been able to see the code created for someone. If I could they could call and one could verbally given them the created access code (everyone may not have access to a cell to retrieve text with entry code) and they could punch it in.

My neighborhood uses this ap for the front gate. Haven't been able to use it in a month as it continually crashes. I've reinstalled, restarted etc. Needs better options for workers that can't accept text/email etc (suprisingly its happened)

This app only worked one day for my apt complex and I've had to shut it down and reinstall it 3 times. Still not working properly. It will not even open up completely for me to access it.
