Most useless "företag" banking experience. 24/7 support yeah right. Takes them often weeks to reply to support requests, nearly 6 months later they still can't even send a card properly, can't even send messages from the app only read them, can't do things like transfer salary in the app, really basic functions for a supposedly business banking app and a garbage banking experience overall.

one of the bad services I have seen, humiliating. I open accounts for long time I have been a customer in this bank, funny enough I travel and when I came back i received a letter from so call swedish dept collectors which in the letter it says I haven't pay my telephone bill, so am registered in bad debt, immediately seb bank block all my accounts because of 500sek dept. poor services.

Riktigt ointuitiv och osmidig app. Saknar knappar till hjälpfunktioner. Saknar översikt. Kan inte se gamla meddelanden. Ska man få hjälp måste man ... drum roll ... ringa till dem och sitta i kö i 1h. Svårt att navigera och ointuitiva ikoner.
