TOO EXPENSIVE £120 ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION! The app itself needs a lot of work: - When you click on a new message notification, it opens up the messages with the student but doesn't show the new message unless you refresh the page - I faced a lot of issues during the initial sign up. I added a payment method, and it didn't show in my profile, then I added another payment method, then both pay methods showed - Tapping the lessons tab sometimes causes the app to completely freeze - Other minor issues

Even though I submitted my ID several times, my verification keeps failing because me name doesn't match the name on the ID, which is impossible. Also, you can't contact support unless you start the 3 day free trial that makes you fill your debit card details. Although you can cancel before they withdraw money they are clearly hoping you forget the subscription and pay anyway. Would leave a Bm positive review if I could actually use the app to find students.

Slow and Confusing... Everything has to be done through the app which isn't very well supported, the verification process is timely and inconvenient. Documents are hard to upload. The filter feature doesn't appear to work. Beware, This appears to be a scam. Would not recommend!

Last year they told me the way to delete my account was through the play store because these people can't put a simple cancel subscription button like any other app. I did that last year after they refused to refund me over then not cancelling my account which I tried to end before the trial deadline. again these people have have charged my card even though they told me to delete my account on the play store. U can't even delete your card on the app. Now service doesn't pick UP. Someone help!!

Worst app ever !!! I definitely wouldn't recommend using this app if you are a tutor. They give you a 3 day free trial were you potentially can get increase exposure and receive more students . Complete lie. They will get some customers to message making it look like you are getting customers but for every student i messaged they never responded back. I even heard that students are actually not real and their bots. Overall dont even sign up not worth it.

Beware! Customer service is terrible. Probably a scam. They have not replied to my emails and they make it nearly impossible to cancel the trial for Pro so don't try sign up.

This App scams Tutors I have been a maths, physics and chemistry tutor for over 10 years and this is the worst platform I have ever used to look for new students. In the previous 2 weeks I've had messages from 26 students asking if I'm available for online tutoring sessions. I've responded saying "yes etc etc" to each of these and not had a single response. I've seen no evidence that any of these students are real and would not be surprised if they are just bots. The business model is a 3 day free trial of Pro then £100+ for the year. You sign up to the free trial, get some messages, and think - if it keeps up like this I'll earn the £100 back no problem. It's only after you've spent the money do you realise that it's a scam. I wouldn't recommend this App to anyone.
