Very bad experience with this app. My phone doesn't ring when someone call my unit number, i receive notifications 5 min after that i have missed call. I cannot understand how this kind of devices/application can be on the market. That is like nobody from the company tested the product... After configuration changes recommend below, app still not working. TO AVOID!!

Condo upgraded, works well. Functional and convinient now that i dont have to walk all the way to my handset to open the door. Some setting required on my tablet at the start. This may be challenging to non-tech savy users.

Condo intercom new upgrade, i have set up with the configurations on my phone settings, but why am i still not receiving notifications when visitors dial my number from the lift lobby?

I've been using the app for several years now and I am totally happy with it .... of course there's gonna be connection issues or problems when you change your phone or Internet which isnt always an apps fault ... yeah your phone or Internet can be at fault too ... but really schonell can't be blamed for being cautious it is suppose to be secure and safe so all I've ever done is email them or contact them on Facebook messenger and they'll usually reply the same day!

I absolutely love this system! It does so much more than our old system, video calls from visitors to food deliveries. when people call me from their cell phones, I can open the door through the mobile app.
