I have this installed on my HTC Phones, Asus Tablet and Acer Tablet. Works great with all of those ICS devices. I swapped out to a shiny new Samsung Galaxy S III and low and behold, the phone is NOT supported. What??? I love the app, but would really like to use this SAMSUNG remote on my SAMSUNG phone. I still give it a 5 for the 5 devices in my home that actually run it....

Samsung claims that the keyboard will automatically switch over to keyboard when typing service is needed but I have yet to have been able to use its in that feature. When I do need to type words even numbers I have to use the slow way which is using the arrow pad. Its been awhile since I've owned this app and Samsung has yet to update it's feature to have the keyboard issue function properly. I guess there isn't enough complaints about the issue. So until our opinions are heard there won't be a update

I have the Samsung 60' 8000 serious. Pros: Remote works really good. when you want to control apps or basic things on any tv content. Cons: cant change channels on top box for cable (i have verizon fios). you cant control the blueray with this app even though both are Samsung cant turn on the tv. Ill only work if the tv is on. Hopefully theirs an update that will fix this thread. Conclusio: over all good app to work your tvs basic controls.

I liked to use this app on my HTC Evo 3d but now that i have the HTC EVO 4G LTE with ICS I cannot get this appliation. I also found that I cant get this or the Remote-Tab for my asus transformer prime. Please update and it will be 5 stars.

I installed it on my Galaxy tab 10.1, but it won't detect my Samsung TV. I installed it on my HTC Nexus 1 and it works perfectly! 2 stars only because it makes no sense for it to work on a non-samsung device and not on a Samsung device. **Update** - Was working at one point with my Nexus One. Now it doesn't work on any of my devices.

its works, but after every time the connection times out you need to do about 5 clocks until you can pause the movie or change volume. if it will go back to the same tab at the same location the app will be much better. SamyGo solve this issue

It used to work brilliantly, but now it won't even open because of the error: "Sorry your device has too small screen resolution (minimal 800x480 required). Application closed." Please fix!

Using this with P58C8000 and Honeycomb tablet (v3.1), it mostly works, but here is what I found: * the onscreen keyboard works for entering text in TV apps, but caused a force close several times * as stated in the description, the app is for 800x400 res, so it is not optimized to take up the full screen on a tablet. The Android Market says that the "Samsung TV Remote-Tab" is not compatible with my tablet. * only uses onscreen keyboard when there is a textbox; it doesn't show up in in some apps, eg Netflix

It doesn't work on Samsungs newer devices. Not sure about the S3, but no go on the Galaxy Nexus... come on it has been almost 8 months and you still can't update an app for your own phone? Really? Will increase stars if it gets an update i can use.

Great app. I used it all the time on my HTC desire running froyo and gingerbread. Upgraded to a Samsung galaxy nexus though,and have found out that it is not compatible. please update the app! It's been 6 months! Update: Still not compatible with galaxy nexus. Now one year on.
