Keeps crashing, also everytime I open it a window pops up saying there's a new update and asks to restart, when I hit restart nothing happens. Now it just crashed and I can't access my route anymore.

Love having customers calling dispatch wondering where I am because road is closed or I stopped to grab a bite of lunch and use the toilet. Can't add driver "breaks" or reorder stops on the fly due to traffic or roadworks.

Can't even use the app it won't let me open it up without doing something I click yes we're using it and then it brings me to something where it says learn more and then I back up out of that and I click no I'm new to this and then it shows me a website and tells me to download the app and have already downloaded it every time I open the app it says you need the route driver you need the road driver this is garbage total garbage.

This app is not driver friendly. It does not allow the driver to make adjustments to the route or add/remove stops as necessary.

Trash. One star is too much. 1 star for browser version. The browser version is much much better, but is also trash. Very limited functions. Cant look at tomorrows route then go back to today's. Cant look at past routes. Cant change route order. Every time I open a new route, it opens yesterday's route. Your app is terrible and you should feel bad.

Quits on me mid route all the time. Last week the "Unfortunely this crapapp has stopped. Close app, send feedback" window continously popped up after I chose send feedback and close app. Clunky, not very intuitive. Can't change route after last stop, numbers on list disappear after completed stop, doesn't allow you to set your navigational app (so you have to choose it EVERY time you drive to another stop). Could be more handsfree. Doesnt have switch to landscape view when device is turned.

Decided to try this for our newspaper route. Was extraordinarily tedious to add in stops (we have over a hundred up to 300), the app doesn't connect to the routes at all. We couldn't delete drivers or edit the routes at all. Overall a pretty awful experience.
