Only contacts backup I've ever used. Until 4/2021 Google one advised to change my password because my contacts were breached. Ugh this is becoming huge problem in U.S.

I have used this app for years and it's super. I highly recommend it for all android users. I always have access to my contacts whenever I change my handset or format it. All you need to do is always ensure you backup your contacts (update it) and also keep to your login details. Thanks to the developer. My challenge is we don't have access to the list for edit. I wish it is included so it is editable.

Very disappointing! After trying several other contacts apps I was excited to try this one because of it's simplicity. The instructions were easy to understand and follow. I knew I was getting a new phone so I downloaded this app signed up for the cloud account and backed up my contacts. Or, so I thought! I did receive a backup successful confirmation. However, when I logged in to my cloud account...NOTHING! All contacts lost. Message says "restore successful" but contacts are not to be found.

I have been loving this application & I have suggested everyone to use this while taking a backup of contacts. But today morning I took a backup as I was changing the phone but when I tried to restore all my contacts only a few of them got restored rest all didn't. Please help me I've very important contacts in it. Thank you. Help will be appreciated.

Simple and Straightforward app. My only hit on the app is it doesn't backup automatically. My previous one did, but it stopped working. I can put up with it though for the lack of annoying ads and invasive permissions. I just set a calendar reminder to backup once a month.

No ads or in app purchases, no privacy concerns in the licence agreement (at least none disclosed) but it wants you to backup on its cloud server instead of letting you download a file. Personally I'd rather email myself a copy of my contacts than trust a random apps server for something so important.

APP ERROR i'm a user of this app.now i'm having problems in signing in.when signing in it shows a window with "we apologize,but are unable to fulfill your request at this time. please try again later." help me. and there is no follow up of review or update of this software by the developers.
