So far in the past two weeks, I have made over $275 just delivering items to people that just happen to be in the direction I'm traveling. It pays for my fuel and a bit extra. Great app, they pay every Tuesday without issue. Just stay clear of the airport baggage gigs due to the fact that you MUST be AT the airport when accepting the gig!

I'll be fair, the app works great. The issue is, it's Home Depot dominate in the South Bay Area. Those orders are a pain because the people placing the order don't accept your offer. So you drive as instructed by the app. But when you arrive the offer hasn't been accepted.. so you stick around and send the offer again but same thing, it doesn't get accepted.. I've been on the app for 2months and haven't done a single delivery lol. I send 3 offers a day cause you never know.

Miss other opportunities while you are waiting on roadie. Wait for offer up to 30 minutes and not accepted. Could have used that time to pursue something else. Reducing to 1 star because 0 isn't an option. You will lose money on gas and mileage if try this app. Tractor Supply and other clients are suffering from days of waiting for items to be picked up and delivered. This app is not at all like described . Don't waste Your time with this one. Take my word I gave it plenty of opportunity to work

Did the sign in process twice, was not able to log in ever, tried to reset the password but the system cant find my emails, tried to do the process again and the system tells me the emails are already in use?????... contacted customer service and they called me back at 5 am dont know in what part of the world they are but was a very hard to undestand message.

Great idea and the app works fine but it is a power hog and rapidly eats your battery. They'll keep re-posting jobs continuously instead of letting a driver accept and drive immediately to pick up and then deliver. They require "delivery by" times but the customer isn't even notified until you pick up. It's simply a same day delivery. You have no way to communicate or verify the customer will be around for sensitive deliveries. In rural areas like mine, it's a serious problem.

I have been a Driver for Roadie over the past year. I don't know what their algorithm is bit it definitely needs some improvement. My co-drivers have discovered an iPhone and Android glitch that give iPhone drivers the advantage over Android users. Their are gigs that show for iPhone users that don't show for Android. In addition, their are glitches where the gigs don't clear. I've called with no resolve. I enjoy Roadie but it definitely needs to work out the kinks!

I used to give this app 5 stars but lately it has been nothing but a mess. For the last week I have to call in my ID info because your scanner isn't working. Now it won't let me look for gigs while on gigs. Fix this!!!

locks up frequently, but as far as roadie Support goes they are rather useless. English is not their first language and thus trying to explain things takes multiple times of repeating yourself so they can finally understand your problem. and I have no idea why the default method they give you to get support during a gig is bia text, as they do not respond until 45+ minutes after you first contact them. the onlyntimelynw wa y yo get in touch is to call and even then you will be waiting a while

I've tried several times to get jobs on Cape cod, MA. Everytime I go for a job it says pending. I emailed cust serv. They told me best buy and possibly others, you need to have more runs under your belt before your accepted. However the only stores that seem to be on here. Is tractor supply, best buy and home depot. All of which, just keep saying pending. If we can't get one run under our belt, then this app is useless. I'm pending with a tractor supply run right now. 30 min.

Roadie app is some what annoying. Like first off if I'm close to a pick up spot I should or any one close by should get the gig instead of bidding. Some jobs require you to drive for hour(s) at only 15-30$ ?? That definitely don't cover gas expenses. The GPS sometimes takes me personally to the wrong location. Yall gotta do better as far as accepting gigs faster. (Update) knocked it down to one star gig acceptance is the most inconvenient part.
