I had used this app for a long time. After last update I cannot login from my phone or tablet. I worked with customer care 2 days trying all different options including deleting my account and re-entering all the info. Still does not work. Sent email to developer. No reply. I am very frustrated as I do everything from my phone. I see others are getting error messages too. So it is not just me. If you're going to put an app out there from a major company at least make sure it works.

Signed up for an account, got terrible error messaging that didn't come until I'd entered everything including four security questions, so I filled out the form 3 times before it worked. Then, it won't let me log in, claims that the security questions I just entered are wrong, and keeps telling me to contact customer care without explaining how to do that.

Probably one of the most broken apps on the PlayStore. Never wants to work. Always wants to throw an error when trying to login. Their backend system is absolutely horrible for the Pharmacy entirely. I feel bad for the Pharmacists that have to deal with their terrible system. Every time you try to login, it'll throw an error about not having a network connection or your account being wrong. Then when you go to relogin manually, it says something went wrong. Every, single, time. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Terrible and glitchy. I've had to close the app several times because it loses data connection. It's very slow, the screen keeps shuffling things around and and takes forever to load, and it takes a while for the search bar to show up. If you use autofill during checkout, it will glitch and go back to the shopping cart. The overall experience is frustrating. The only reason I put up with it was because Walgreens didn't have what I needed and I'm quarantined, and they have curb side pickup option

Terrible, terrible App. Its a shame because I like Rite Aid, and I am a gold member. Constantly have to uninstall and re-install this app. Always gives me an error message that says "bad request" when I try to clip the load 2 card coupons. What is the point of offering electronic coupons if you cannot access them to clip them? Super frustrating every time I use it!!

I like having an app to see my prescriptions, but many other pharmacies have much better apps or simple web pages showing more than the rite aid app does. You can only see Rxs ready to refill, filled, and past picked up Rx. Would love to see if my prescription is delayed and what's going on. I also have constant problems logging in, it tells me my password has changed then 10 min later I can login. I love my local rite aid, the pharmacists, techs, and non Rx employees are great, the app... meh.

Saves me the trouble of having to deal with all my prescriptions over the phone. Sometimes it gets glitchy when you choose to stay logged in, which is required for medication reminders to work. I would like to see some kind of confirmation that a refill request was received and the ability to check its status. Currently there's only options to see medications ready to be refilled (assuming you have automatic refills) and refills ready for pickup.

Haven't even been able to use the app since DLing it 3 weeks ago because it keeps giving me that same exact error that others have mentioned in their reviews on here, after entering all my info and the 4 security questions..Tried entering all that damn info 4x, closed and reopened the app, deleted and re-DLed, restarted my phone, but nothing worked. Keeps giving me the same error..and here I thought Safeway's Rx app sucked -- it's like 5 stars compared to this 0 star garbage app!

Chose to merge my wellness account, went through all the registration steps, including putting in my birthday using a drop down menu that defaults to today's date, put in 4 safety Q&A and finally got the error message that my phone number is already in use. Would have appreciated that notice when I put in my phone number. The system also can't find my account user name and can't find my email. I gave up, this app is not conducive to my wellness or my health.

Impossible to reset anything Trying to get information on how to change my password or my email has become a Nightmare.All I wanted to do was stop getting a notification for a specific refill that I couldn't get into the pharmacy to pick up right away and when I reply STOPIT turned off all my notifications.All I want to do is turn my notifications back on but I have no way to do that because the app is now not recognizing any username any password or anything that I do.I'm so frustrated.I don't see how I can get a hold of you I don't see any simple way to contact you I've already spent Many many many minutes trying to figure out how to just reset or start a new App. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled, I have tried to open a new account, nothing is working and I'm just really had it but I like Using your app very much! It's been wonderful until it hasn't been. Do you understand?It works until it doesn't work and then when it doesn't work it doesn't work at all.
