great customer service. sometimes the app claims "your service provider isn't working" (or words to that effect,) and as a result the Lil circle spins and spins adding additional minutes to the cost of the ride. a call to Revel solves the problem, but that's wasted time. that my only complaint.

I would use these whenever I need to get somewhere easily and quick but it seems the app refuses to read my location and has been having major network issues. I was able to reserve my last ride but when I arrived to the moped, the app just showed me a blank map while the moped was right in front of me. After 5mins of closi g and opening the app, it finally popped up on me and I was able to ride it, only to not be able to close my reservation for about 20 mins until support contacted me via text

I don't think these mopeds are suited for SF- Coming from someone who has driven mopeds for 14yrs. The main issue is with the throttle- takes some getting used to - not a problem, you do two rides you get a hang of it. BUT but, what about the steep sf roads? The bikes performs horrible on slopes. The freaking bike doesn't start!! The stupid throttle won't kick in if you do it slightly fast, but if you don't do it your bike just goes downhill. Zippy but hard pass cause I don't wanna be yelled at

Are you several different apps for cab service for my job, revel has quickly become one of my favorites not only for the clean and green cars, the scooters are also very helpful for weekends out. Overall very happy with the service

I've written about 6 or 7 times from lower manhattan to the upper east side and each time I get on a scooter there's a problem. They are badly maintained. I've had a few times where I've almost had to jump off the scooter because the break failed or the throttle jerks, or turning lights dont work... its always something.. and because of that I do not recommend unless your an experienced rider. I wasn't and I learn the hard way. They offer insurance but get private insurance just in case..

Generally good, however recently the app would just show an empty map without any mopeds. Restarting, force stopping and clearing cache does not even help.

App reports false info. I walked for blocks and it said that there are two mopeds there and there wasn't even one. Very disturbing and unreliable.

Parking Range needs to be expanded more. And the pricing should be reduced for frequent responsible Users..

Stranded in a McDonald's parking lot One Sunday morning, Scooter wouldn't start Back up,They Took 15 bucks for a 2 minute ride🤬 ! Had to take a Über home for 8 bucks CHEAPER! It Said no Signal , I thought they used GPS ?. Just wanted to get us Some breakfast. Scary !
