This Restaurant Courier shows you where your drivers are and gives them all the information they need to deliver orders on time.
What do you get from Just Eat Restaurant Courier?
Push notifications and SMS messages will be sent to drivers whenever a new order is placed. In case there is a problem with the delivery, the customer and the driver can be contacted in no time.
You can assign drivers from your POS system. The rest will take care of itself. The app keeps track of all order items and notes, so there's no paper exchange between kitchen and customer.
Your drivers will know what orders are pending, and you will know where your orders are. When a customer asks for an update on their order, your drivers do not need to stop and call you. You see everything from your restaurant POS system.
Just Eat Restaurant Courier allows drivers to clock in and out manually. The app indicates how much cash from the deliveries should be put in the register at the end of the shift.
Your Just Eat POS device comes pre-installed with the Restaurant Courier app. Your drivers can download the app to their phones and log in using their Just Eat credentials.
Both Android and iOS devices are supported by the app.
