Regal doesn't care about you, all they cares about is nickel-and-diming you every chance they get. This app is useless, whenever I tried to buy a ticket online I get the Minion saying an unexpected error has occurred please try again. It happens with every movie and every Showtime. If you do get lucky enough to purchase a ticket, it somehow disappears when you get to the ticket-taker. Making you cause a line because you're trying to find the ticket in the app you bought. I wish the app worked.

Error Code 4 when trying to buy tickets.. happens with different movies, theaters, and showtimes. Also, the Developer's email address bounces back undeliverable. Also having issues with Unlimited subscriber friends always showing up in my profile along with certain Rewards.. sometimes they're accessible, most of the time, they're not.

Version 9.2 is not here on Google Play. Can not proceed with version 9.1 to claim a digital collectable. Also, Recent Transactions does Not work in the app. Just spins forever. "App Feedback link in app is dead: : 550: Invalid Recipient". Can't load/view receipt or recent/past transactions. Get error to try again!

No matter how many times I reinstall or log out and back in, my tickets don't all show up. I couldn't purchase a ticket for one show on the app, but it worked on the website. If the app isn't reliable and I still need to use the email for tickets, the app is pointless. Don't waste your time.

I love the Regal program, and this app uses to used to work great but now it crashes immediately after opening. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. It will work after four or 5 reinstalls but I have to do that again every time I want to watch a movie. It's pretty annoying.

Complete joke of a user experience. Constantly when i try to purchase tickets, it just buffers, and buffers, and buffers, and then sometimes it wont buy the tickets. And signing in to the app is a joke. When i sign in, it is signed in per se. I try to do certain things, and theres connection problems. Certain thi gs wont display correctly. Uninstalling the app doesnt do anything. This is now the 5th install, and it is still broken. Worthless app doesnt help me at all. 😔

I keep trying to buy tickets and it keeps telling me that something went wrong and to try again later. I try again after an hour and no change. I do not want to keep deleting and re downloading an app just to get it to work.

I can't get the app to load. Each time I open it, it crashes after the load screen. I have a reward ticket and can't redeem it since they don't allow redemption on their website or in-person.

FEES FEES FEES!!! When purchasing tickets in the app, expect a convenience fee. Nevermind if you just purchased an unlimited plan. Expect them to nickel and dime you every chance they get. Not a good way to get people to visit your theater chain.

I only use one theater. I really wish I could turn the other theaters off entirely, so I never see their movies or times. I keep thinking movies are playing here when they're not. Also, to view my theater, I have to go through a section which often gets blocked by pop-ups. I will upgrade my stars if you merely move that obnoxious pop-up off my button.
