I SO wanted this to work. I was completely ready to upgrade. Seriously. I must have checked my settings and restarted my phone (Samsung A52) at least 4 - 6 times. YES it did what it was supposed to after each restart - but only for one message, never more than that. Oh well. I tried. Hope they work it out but my job is not to spend my life troubleshooting. As soon as I hit send here Im also hitting uninstall.

This app has worked almost flawless for years now, but the update previous to the one just releasd has broken the email read for gmail accounts. They only read the title. Other email accts read the message just fine. I hoped this latest update would fix it. But no. I cannot get any reply when I write to the developer. Any suggestions from anyone out there? The text read works fine. Yahoo, MSN. Others work fine, this app just doesn't like Google email.

Just reset my phone - was on Android 12 beta on Pixel 3 XL. Google Play says "This item is not compatible with your device" (although it was installed previous to the reset - but because I came from Android 11 with it already installed - although, I had to factory reset because I was having SERIOUS battery drainage issues - maybe this is related?) Can you look into this and fix it? Thanks!

I've used it for over a year. It really helps me at work when I am busy and can't reach for my phone. Helps filter thru msgs. It's not perfect, but I've tried others and I keep coming back to it because it's predictable and easy to use. I use samsung s9 and google messages.

1. I don't understand the $0.99 to $64.99 pricing? 2. Every time I upgrade through the Play store 3 days later it's spontaneously refunded and I lose the pro functionality. 3. I'm also unsure which announcements are being read because of this app and which are being read because a particular app already has that functionality built into it.

Plays messeges just fine but it does not allow me to answer any of the messages even though I am trying with all the different settings to get it to work and I find this very frustrating. I need an app that can not only read to me my messages but will allow me to respond to those messages and so I'm continuing my look for an app that will provide that feature.

A work in progress. Still problems to be resolved. The more I used it the more the problems were evident and multiplying. Even after latest update the same problems exist and we're not addressed.

Revised review: Gave it a 2nd try. Useless because there are only 2 "Profile" options that would leave situational gaps. I need all incoming text messages to be read aloud (w/ quick Stop available) regardless of whether or not I've got a particular Bluetooth device connected OR (can't have both) am hooked up to WiFi.

Works decent, I like being able to respond while driving. I wish it would auto connect. I always have to turn the profile off then on again when I get in the car. I will use it until I find something that auto connects.
