    The app is not performing good in every update they say bug fixes but when, because every time I swipe on arrived and then it loads and loads even net speed is good it get stuck all the time and customer has to cancel or wait and i fell embraced in front of customer because it happening everytime and dont know what to do in that condition. The fuel, time and money of mine goes waste after arriving at customer location and this start happen from my2 ride. happend yesterday night also(23-02-2020)

    Every time we put the payment on hold and the money does not come back for 8 to 10 days when the need arises, we are not able to withdraw the money. Because of the hold and also impose penalties. Whether they make a mistake or not, they should feel that it is a mistake. They work hard and we do not joke petrol burns ours. You also have not defined the rules of fraud properly. When I am not fraud then after that why I am believed that I am fraud either correct your rule or improve this apps.

    I find the feature of redeeming amount only 2times in a week is the worst feature you have made. Its should be the captain's choice . Whenever the captain wants he will be able to redeem his own amount. How can you stop someone to get his own amount who tries to earn with so much of hard work . You should be allowing everyone to have the feature of redeeming 24/7 all the all days ..There shouldn't be any limitations.

    This app is always login out. please try to keep login always. If your services is not available there.Then show message like our services is not available in this area after logging only. Because my office is out of City while taking ride from my location to that area am able to get rides. But while comming return from there app is logging out and saying your not in service area.it is very big bug .If someone wants to come from city out who are working in offices and studying facing problems

    Recently, the App stopped showing DROP Locations. This is a very big problem for me. From my personal experience, I can say, in some particular areas in KOLKATA City, KOLKATA POLICE is catching us for driving RAPIDO and charging us a Penalty of ₹ 5,000/-. Hence, I avoid those places as well as the Passengers to be dropped through those places. But RAPIDO has only 2 Cancellation Options on my behalf throughout a day!! Can anyone from RAPIDO can tell me, in this situation what should I do??

    It's really nice application helping extra income. Please add a button to app, featuring to trace customer's real time location before pick up. It happens many times that customer requests to picup from other location while his booking location is faraway .

    I think there's a bug in this update version, with a speed of 40 kmph ride also warning like you have exceed a speed limit of 85.i never understand in Hyderabad like a place how could it possible to maintain 85 speed. And some times that not work properly like hanging on in crucial times.....

    Worst riding app for captains , whenever you reach to complete your target it will never gives you booking why to work with rapido when it's doesn't let you to achieve your target and earn incentive. I was logged in to complete my target but it's not giving me booking.

    Always cannot connect with customer care and cannot rise a query or ticket,complaint over the app.If any problem we need to contact captain care only this is not good enough and i suggest you guyz to bring an option for raising ticket and complaints over app itself

    Hats of to you guys, Every time when I reach near to the target you guys will make some kind of issue with rapido app, I have observed so many times, same thing happened today itself from 6am to 11am I could not make 3 rides and 15 km for 100 rupees incentives, thank you so much for your cooperation for wasting my 5 hours.

    Rapido is playing cheap tricks on captains.. when we accept the ride it shows navigation 6kms and after completion of ride it updated with 4.53kms. when I asked customer service he said Google maps issue and updated later, such a hilarious one that. Evening incentives Upto 40kms ₹100 and after only 15kms ₹150, that need to be change. Ride distance is less than reaching the customer, need to travel 4kms for just 1.5 km ride.

    I think it is one of the worst application... I was login upto four hours countinusly and I got only two rides and I made only 49 rs... I got more than 6 orders and I arrived to the customes location but at the last time customer cancled the trip.. I think I loss my 1 and half letre petrol and as well as lost my valuable 4 hours time...i have my skill, bike, smartphone,etc.. And there is a risk also.. But finally didn't get anything... It's a rubbish app...




    A very fraud app. I earned and redeem of INR 307 but i don't received money. Redeem date is 8 feb 20 but i don't received till now. Redeem option does not work properly. Payment alway hold and cancelled. Customor support also does not work as trueth

    In "my route booking" option, there should has to be an option to edit/choose my preferred route from map towards my destination/home, e.g. there are multiple routes available from one location to another, but when I enable "my route booking option", then a specific route is being taking by the app itself though that's not my preferable route, that's why when I am returning home by my preferred route I am not getting orders. Please do update the app to add this feature.

    But as of now we're getting 50 to 70 for short ride, 100 to 120 for long ride but previously either short or long rides prices will be nice but not now and also the Redeem option once the customer will cancel the ride through cash payment option the Captain getting - balance, if you don't mind could you change these for Rapido captains.

    Best "TIME WASTE " APP if ur going to choose "My route booking " I am using rapido captain since starting of app the apo was good before upgrading of app but afer updated it's "BEST WOREST APP OF WORLD". because of miss location of place of order on orders in higher demand areas and increased in incentives in KM. NOT GETTING RIDES. U should be wait" MORE TIME". U should be in high demand to pike up ride. But afer dropping uwill not get the rides if ur drop point is non demand

You are increasing customers, but not enough for "captains", you can increase base prices, and provide best for "captains". You are paying for only pick up to drop, some times need to back without order from long distance, then the captains will lose. And night time also need to provide extra charges."Your bussiness is working with not only customers but also more on captains"...

    To all riders my request is that when ever you start the ride check the Kms to reach the destination in the google maps and when you complete the ride check the distance in the order summary. Sometimes Rapido app doesn't update exact Kms.... Example if I travelled 10 km to drop location , the order summary shows only 6.5 km . This mostly happens when you about to reach your incentive targets.... Please be careful and keep a track on this. I lost my incentives many times.

    I am not able to complete registration process from app. I stuck on uploading my pic step 5/7 from last 5 days. Its capturing my pic, but there is no button to submit it. I am using Redmi K20 Pro. Android version 10. Edit: I got 2 updates, but still issue is not resolved. Edit: recent 2 more updates didn't fix this issue.

    The app seems to have consistent issues with uploading documents..Even with the app the documents are not getting uploaded. When you go in to chat for support they constantly ask you to do the same thing uninstall and reinstall or clear data from storage. Blah blah!

    Two main problems with this app is, 1.. Kilo meters difference for some rides. For example, if we travelled 5 KM, but in the ride details and incentive option it wi show 4.5 or 4.7 km. 2.The main thing some customers are cancelling their order once we reach their location. At that time we try to call captain care but the number is not working.. May be this KM difference and captain care number issue lot of captains are moving to other bike riding companies.

    Dear rapido team, app is good for payments but.why is not connect call near bycapitain.I will wait 1hr same location and it is a center of city. I don't get any call. Mobile data and GPS every thing fine. I will check with my friend mobile. He is also same location but call connect to some other rapido Capitan. Just 2km to complete for incentive why I don't know my mobile not connect for call And also customer drop location not showing. Ex:Suppose he will travel 4to5 km. Return we lost fuel.

    No proper support available! I'm trying to capture my picture and upload it, I see no option to go ahead after capturing. If I go to support team to address, it says replies in hours. Why do you even want someone to be the captain when you cannot provide a good support to the people trying to build your brand?

And also one more there is huge time taking to get a call from supporting team, It's almost 3 hours time to get a call from team after hitting on call back option. I contacted you, you asked me to clear data.. done that. Also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still doesn't work. Do something about this asap.

    1)Very very worst app maintenance ... 2)Main issue is if we dropped customer on drop location many of time it will not get closed and if we complain on captain care they said they have only option to cancel the ride. (Ie distance we travel will not take in account) care centre have no solutions for that 3)Even though we are in demand showing area we cant get orders Many time we are order to travel long distances but on return some times we comes as empty without any order

    This app complicated behind reason explain in steps with the help Customers and Drivers. 1.Customer:- Customer set the location and pickup the order location. 2. Drivers:- Move the destination will the help of Google map. Reason app Complicat:- Customer accept order and Driver pick order then location will be redirected Google map. (There are 2 application combination. I hope new updated are remove this error & New update single app use for user.) This part is completed for join Rapido User. SSA

    2 serious problems in this app 1.when i activated my route booking i got order from 8km and 20 km away(that feature is a complete failure) 2. Automatically accepting rides when im on ride(even auto acceping was turned off) I hope you consider this issues seriously.. There is problem in calculating fare also , especially for rides above 10km. time fare is not properly added

    Good app for rider, but need to improve more on areas like payment gatways, navigation one screen to other after completion of ride and unable to see my earn for monthly wise in the history. When i select nov 2019 as start date and am unable to select jan 2020 its refering to jan 2019 instead of 2020. So its stating error or warning message to select approprate date in the end date field.

    My experience with rapido was very good until last update made in the app. The latest update which changed from showing all the high demand areas with yellow color point to the diamond shaped particular area is a bad idea. As we captain couldn't find any rides nearby our locations. Most of the time high demand areas will be away from 3 km. Please take this issue seriously and change the update as before where high demand areas can be easily recognized.

    Lots of hidden information. Customer care is pathetic. I said the App has to be improved. Customer care executive started shouting saying it's your problem you have chosen this App you can't complain. Worst service. There will be no connection to the location and ride request it will be almost 2.5 km far to reach pickup point itself. This has to be improved. There is lot more to improve in App.

    Need To improve:. In Ola Prime car option available for prime cars,(1) why we add prime bike option for our app and add royal Enfield and Duke in this section, and get extra money and paid your captain extra payout, (2) In night after 00:00 Am , increase price for drop and pay extra payout for your captains, So your captains are delighted and work hard, please consider my opinion , it was moving our rapido to Next Level.while we collecting money from customer you're reduced our wallet plz avoid.

    Rapido can add additional features like customer scanning the QR code of a Captain and instantly travel like the autos in city.This will be helpful for Captains as now they dont need to rely on the app completely and can drop customers from places like Metro stations , colleges etc. without waiting for them to book a ride everytime.Just scan and ride with a Captain.

    This app is required some update that captain can be made arrived anywhere. Some bookings are different customer's location from pickup location which submit by customers. In this case captain was facing problems to complete the ride. In the such case captain was confused which where to go prior i.e. at customer location or at pick up location. If captain go to pick up location customer cancelled the booking and if go to customer location Ride couldn't start.

    Application doesn't display notification images in my app. I am using Redmi note 5 pro device. It always display message "Image captured unable to show!". It may be placeholder image but none of the images is loading in the app.

    This is app i really gud for making money.. But why are we not getting weekly incentives im working on it for almost 2 mnths and have never found the rapido team giving us weekly incentives.. But still there is option in the app.. Please provide us with weekly incentives..and daily incentives... If it is 45 km per day incentives it would be the best ...it is impossible to take 65 or 70 km per day and tat too with 12 noon to 12 am... So please make it 45 km per day... Hope something might chnge😊

    I unable to login tried many times but still same issue. I did chat with support team and sent snap shot error . They are responding properly. Showing error like ( current city not matching with rider). Every time getting same issue when logout.

    Very bad app as it is not connecting nearby rider, it will connect minimum 3 to 4 KMs away from pickup location. Once we started riding for some distance all of sudden customer cancels the order here fuel is lost and some times when we reach the customer pickup location the order will be cancelled here also fuel lost. After reaching customer pickup location customer will say wait for sometime the we won't be paid for that waiting time.

    great idea for metros.app is superb. Service is worst Reasons: -Immediate cancellation and re assigning the request to another rider -Rider calling the passenger and asking to cancel the request if it is a longer route -Fraud riders (rider account used by others) -Unwanted commission deduction in the fare by Rapido (Captain app)

    This app not available in feedback options and your telling rapido given distance only paying but map showing in google maps in that route showing different and diff timings, update map in rapido app only. Payments details not showing detailly and information of payment also not coming mail/sms. New update not showing demand places and areas.

    This is worest app which I have seen, due the pickup location too far away always, there is no proper payment structure, like this there are more worest scenarios. My route location also not useful, completed kms are also showing wrong, It's complety waste app from captain side.

    I completed the registration and still it is showing we are still processing you application This is the 3rd day after completion of registration but as per rapido captain they said your profile will get activated within 24hrs. But it's 72hrs now , no one responded no one called me Suggest me anything or otherwise I will simply uninstall this app ?

    Here some errors 1.First we're not getting waiting money, when the customer booked after reaching and getting OTP waiting around 5 to 10 minutes above. No waiting money but in the App you're showing that per minute 1 rupee. 2.Before updating app is super and awesome because once we get order we can call to customer and ask is location correct and don't cancel we're coming, But now after reaching to customers location only getting call. This's not good, simply cancelling here we're losing fuel

    To all riders my request is that when ever u start the ride check the kilometers 2 reach the destinetion in the Google maps & when u complete the ride check the distance in the order summary.sometimes rapido app doesn't update exact kilometers? Example if traveled 9 kilometers 2 drop location the order summary show only 6 kilometers this mostly happen....... All riders check the kilometers....

    Wow what a for customer. But for driver this app is not apropriate. Because of rate is too low. Ex. I get customer adajan to railway station,surat. Total amount 44rs. And other app ...i take customer .. Railway station to adajan... Total amount is 76rs. So 50% discount in total amount. Pls sir , surat me aap ki bike booking koi nahi karta. Rate badha dijiye..... Nahi to surat se out hona padega.... . aapka rate ek sharing rilsha se bhi kam hai.

    The best thing in this platform is that we can see the drop location before accepting the ride. The ride fares will be little less when compared with other platforms. Incentives are based on the kms driven in time slots.

    App is just ok but it can be improved by showing end drop location of the customer and also trip money for better improvement of the caption. Why don’t we see Rapido caption app in Apple phone ( App Store ). Please look into this and release it in App Store as well

    App have to improve some times it is showing error 503 and loging off and you must pay the captain if customer cancel the order after captain on his way to pickup and also some times we have to wait for long times for orders in high demanding areas also especially when we will complete incentives with 2 to 3km s the order coming after incentive times over and the main issue is the captain have to return sometime 4km to 8km without any orders so we lost our petrol and time..

When I opened the app U guys are asking me Upload my documents.     The latest update is too bad, the earlier version was better which shows the customer location, so adding the earlier feature (showing active customer location) would be great. Hope u people resolve this issue soon.

    All is good about application very easy to orparate ,Motivate to more costomer install rapido some time costumer take long ride and after the ride we have come at crowded area to with own expenses"think about whole round trip" this is a suggestion only if can study. Thanks

    I am not able to upload anything in this app. It stuck on the same page whenever I tried tried to upload. Also the chat support is not so helpful. They reply at least in 30 minute.

    Remarkable, excellent, within a second money comes to bank accounts, I am surprised, it's a very nice app easy to use. Who need money do rapido. Just I request to all team & MD please give incentive also Night because at night too much risk of driving after 10 pm.

    Hi team app is quite good but draining battery levels...new update otp confirmation is very good to avoid dummy rides at the same please improve some amount if customer canceled the order..otherwise it's very irritating about dummy orders and cancelling after we reach the pick up location...please look in to that.

    Most of the customer are wrongly select the pickup point while we reach that point it's goes wrong pickup..then we call customer and book again that location using edit location option .. while pickup point. Goes wrong we can't able to go to next option... This very worries while we pickup the customer... Plz sort it out . Thank you
