Update I have Uninstalled and reinstalled apps! Can't ever get into account via app! This sucks and needs to be fixed. Especially because this is how you down load your tickets!!! All this money for no response. My husband has been waiting his whole life for this.. and this is the results!! UNEXCEPTABLE!!!! I am a Season Pass Holder and since update on 9/4 can't get on page. I even Uninstalled and reinstalled Galaxy Note 20. My husband's S10 is fine.

Everyone has pretty much said it. When it works, it's cool, but it hasn't worked for a few weeks for me. You have to Uninstall and reinstall to have it work and link to your tickets again. It also doesn't connect your account to the Rams store for your discount which is inconvenient. They need some major work on this app.

12/5 update and problem of white screen still not solved. Extremely frustrating! I constantly get a white screen when trying to access my tickets. I'm using a Samsung S20+. It's a bad experience

App keeps saying that I have no internet connection when trying to log on to the ticket portal. I have to physically log on through a computer. It worked perfectly a few moths ago

Garbage. Listing tickets is broken. Can't advance "select payout method " or Can't "save" my edits to change the listings (done from desktop). Literally losing money from this app.

When it works, it's great. It just rarely works. I have to uninstall weekly, as it logs me out, and then I can't get back in. Now, it says I'm offline when I get to the ticket master park. I'm stuck without my tix.

Always freezing up when trying to access season tickets and/or trying to list them. I've tried on three devices and there always seems to be an issue.

This app is the worst. It doesn't let me access my tickets when I'm at the front gates. Even when I'm at home, it says I'm "offline". Opening day was a mess because of this.

Cannot sell season tickets through the app. It takes you all the way through the listing process and then does nothing when you arrive at the payout method.
