The app USE to work great, but now as soon as I open the app, it closes and crashes. Instead of the app, I have to use the website and there's no place on the site where I can view my account information. Very frustrating. I wanted to order more items that I already purchased, but now I have to go searching for them piece by piece. Please fix the app. It's almost not even worth the effort to shop.

You are literally better off just going to the website then getting the app the app is constantly shutting down and not working This app could be better like a lot of stores have a wishlist where you can go back and see the stuff you like you can't do that on this one you also there's no place where you can leave a review on something like I liked one of their shirts but I didn't know if I should size up or size down so I ended up not getting it

Last update is horrible! I'm a regular Rainbow shopper. I'm very dissatisfied with the last update. I'm not able to have a personal account anymore. The shopping experience is horrible. Constantly get a message that this page is temporarily unavailable....... When the update happened I lost all of my items that were in the cart. Didn't get any kind of warning that I would lose my cart.

The app is ridiculous now, after being signed in and shopping for months, it signed me out. now there is no where to sign in. My cart is empty and I can't find my orders. There is very few options and when I do get to a page I recognize, it tells me I can go no further without update, so I go to play store to upgrade and nothing is there. Makes me think it's no longer safe to shop with you all.

As a regular customer, whom shop here at least weekly. This app does nothing but crash since it's past few updates. The app doesn't coordinate with Facebook when you open it in Facebook app. Please fix.

Unusable. Telling me I'm on for too long then kicking me off 'ordering in large quantities' uh. 4 shirts? Won't even let me check out. Crashes constantly. Won't even open now. Horrible. I'll take my money elsewhere.

This new update sucks and the app no longer works correctly.. There is no more account info, cannot see any of my old orders.. will not be shopping with Rainbow any longer until the app is fixed

New update sucks. Ever since the new update things I have in my cart won't save and is very difficult to remove now. Glitches where I try to remove a clothe but another clothes will be removed instead. The app was better before. I do like the additional filter to look at specific clothing but having my cart erased and trying to find all the clothes again is very annoying.

Hopefully they are working on they're app issues so I will give them the benefit of the doubt I had to use my laptop to order clothes from the web site still could not login there either but I used my PayPal to order safely my fist order hopefully it goes well
