Whilst the new app looks nice it is not only slow to load, but lacking features which made it my favourite taxi app before - no 'time booked', no decent driver updates, pre booked taxis (either hours or days before) are often late by 10+ minutes - some aren't even dispatched before the booked pick up time, links they text don't work, there's no indication for how long taxi wait times will be - it just says 'we have your booking' for ages. Rapidly putting me off an otherwise good company

Have used Radio Taxi app for years but the new update has removed a lot of features like updates to driver travel and notifications when the vehicle has arrived. Waste of time pre-booking as it arrived 25 minutes late to collect my 16 year old son who had just finished his part time job at 10pm. What have you done Radio, a trusted firm I thought I could rely on has totally let us down with this update 😭😭. Time to find another taxi firm!

Since the new update its been nothing but problems. Booking the night before only to be told the next morning that there's a 30 minute wait at the exact time the taxi is booked. If it's not broken don't fix it.

I do not usually review but need to protect others...Arrived at airport only to find they had cancelled my booking for a taxi... after they had taken payment information and everything.... terrible experience... forget the app and ring them...
