Accessing your images has never been easier with Queensland X-Ray Use our App any time of the day or night to: · access your images and reports (after your scan) · share your results with family, friends or medical professionals · Request an appointment · update your email and password · Manage notifications for your images and your reports How does it work? Already registered for the Queensland X-Ray Patient Portal? Log in using your mobile phone number and password. If you haven’t registered, ask one of our team members at your next appointment for instructions on how. You will be asked for your mobile number and email address, including your authorisation to receive a text to register. You will then receive an SMS message containing a link to create your account. Once you have an account you can log in at any time to see your images and your reports. Your reports will be uploaded 14 days after we have authorised and sent the report to your referring doctor. It’s important for you to go back to your doctor to get your results, so we won’t send them until you’ve had time to make that appointment. Our doctors will always personally call your doctor if the scans show anything unexpected. This app worked for me months ago. Now it wont when I need it for specialist appointment. at first could not log in + the app crashed multiple times after reset password. Sent report, reinstalled. Still crashes and won't allow log in..

I LOVE THIS APP!!!!! Everything in one place including the reports, so when the DOCTORS carry on that something is all in my head l can show them the reports and see them eat their words! Will also be amazing to be able to show NDIS to get my case reviewed after a Doctors screw up. YEAH!!!

Terrible, i.v installed it 3 times. Keeps having issues, error can't log in, wrong password, ect ect.

Minimal info available. Navigation could use improvement. Most reports are "offline", whatever that means, all I know is i can't access anything but dates & type of service rendered, basically making this App useless as I already have this info. I NEED ACCESS TO MY REPORTS!!! How can I share anything when I don't really even know what it is I am really sharing??

The app is convenient archive of scans, x-rays, and reports that you can view, download, print, etc. Another important utensil personal health tool. Tip: You will need to first visit Qld X-Ray reception and request app access. It is simply for obvious personal security and admin side. Wait for your text message approval then follow the prompts. They will advise you via set-up what your username will be and you apply your own password. Keep a record and device save username and password :)

Old app worked fine, this one is dreadful. Keeps telling me invalid password, do a reset, tells me password has been reset, go to login - invalid password. Deleting as unusable.
