Can't transfer to added external account. External account was verified by 2 deposits but does not appear in the list of accounts I can transfer to (in fact, none do).

I stand by my review of this app. Did it finally start working? After a few weeks... Yes. Can you fingerprint log in?... No, the option is there... You can turn it on and see its turned on, but the button that says log in with fingerprint, does nothing. If you simply try to place your fingerprint on the reader while looking at your accounts, it does nothing. I have to back out to the log in screen, and then I have to type all my info in.

Wonderful clean banking. Much better than the previous version. You have more options and control with your accounts with the update. Qualstar is a great credit union to bank with, and their customer service is outstanding, especially because you're always talking with a live person and not having to click buttons and fight with a recording.

FYI, the new app does not appear to deduct pending transactions from your available balance as it historically always has. Obviously raising the likelihood of overdraft. Will re-rate once it does. Edit: Got it and I appreciate your response! Perhaps, instead of just a simple "A" however, maybe the font could be changed or bold the available balance. Something that draws the eye to it more? But as promised, added a star because aside from visual tweaks, it's working fine for me. Thx!

App worked great before the update now when I go to log in and YES I do know my username and password, I now get an error message saying can't find account. So I take it to the next screen and fill it out correctly and still get error message. Will never understand why mess with something when it's clearly not broken!! Very disappointed with the new update as I should be able to log in with no issues!!!!!

Pros - Sleek new design, more features, more granular control of account || Cons - Slower as bigger system to manage, customization options are not easily spotted and not explained, you have to dig to find them and interpret what the options mean, can no longer easily switch between accounts, app does not remember other log in and forces 2 part security login every time you switch. Complete waste of time and very inconvenient. || Edit - I use separate accts to manage my money for a reason, I *dont want* my accts all visible in one, place so your response is both unhelpful and ignores all the other issues I put forth.

Nope. Don't like the new Android app. Not one bit. Why "improve" something that worked simply and smoothly? And yes, I DO know my username and password. Getting tired of constantly resetting it. *** It's still terrible!! Now it suddenly doesnt recognize my device. Wont let me log in. Keeps sending 'authentication' codes, with nowhere to enter them. It looks awful. It's not 'clean' or simple. It all blends together. And now I cant even log in. MARCH 10 - Terrible. Just terrible.

I can't even get in to request forgot username or forgot user password miss the old app it might have been simpler and not as useful app but way easier to get into. Now my count is blocked and the system is down lolololololol this is because a joke of a app. Now that I finally got into the app I'm not that impressed with the layout of this new system. Way too much going on needs to be simplified like the old one in my opinion.
