Trash app. Is not working properly. The app.is controled bybthe gatekeepers of the attractions. This app is to keep people away from the row not because of the covid but just like this,in the waiting time people can walk freely to "buy" stuff from shops and restaurants. But you can't book 2 attraction at the same time. Just pure capitalism. Brings 0 help. Parents are watching the apps,kids are getting lost. I bumped myself a kid while watching the app time. The app timer not working properly.

Crist , awful app. Plus it doesn't help at all . At Gardaland in Italy , it only pushes people to pay additional cost for not waiting the lines. Freaking awfull . Zero stars.

Pretty bad experience. Minutes go down in some random fashion, you walk to the attraction and then it stays at one minute for 10 mins and kids loose it. The one active queue at a time is also damn frustrating.

The app is really intuitive, the interface looks nice and everything is fast. One big issue is the inability to get into more than one queue at the same time.

Annoying, and its a nonsense. Time wasted. Don't like it at all. With Gardaland park, bad experience.

Instead of helping it is actually doing queues longer and the experience frustrating. Also it is frustrating that you can stay only to one attraction at a time and most take 1,5-2 hours...at some hours few even longer. In the meantime you can go to attrations without virtual queues where all the waiting people go, that means long queues. Before your time to enter also many people stay near the entrance, so, again, what is the point in the app?

Notifications are completely unreliable, actually during our three day stay they did not work once leading to lost places in the queue. Refresh of the position in queue also unreliable, often needing switching to different pages or even complete restart of the app.

After scanning the app keep freezing, all I can see is having the loading icon. I have Internet connection, because the browser and other apps are working

We used this while visiting Gardaland entertainment park and found it brilliant. We didn't have to stand in the queue for 40 mins, but rather have a drink or walk around, while waiting our turn. Hopefully will stay even after the end of the pandemic.
