your app description says "make advanced booking..." but Travel Deal of Cathay Pacific says "go to branch for ticket." Was expecting this app lets us queu ahead before arriving at venue,to save time. So why is it called Q again??!!

Seamless Laundry Queuing! Great App! The Lavendry Lounge Laundromat allows queuing or booking an appointment ahead of time thru QMobile. Most especially useful for time management, just queue ahead and I get notified when it's time to proceed to the laundromat for my turn. No more waiting in line!

the update is so bad :( there are a lot of bugs. the previous versions were fine... i wished i didnt update at all. but i do hope everything will be fixed soon!!!

They removed several information from the new version. I can no longer see how long the queue is before I book a ticket. I no longer receive in-app and SMS notification how far I am from servicing.

i was up from 12midnyt until 5am waiting... with this message "LOADING BRANCH. SIT TIGHT, PLEASE WAIT"... i was actually trying to be queued for the Makati Health Department, nothing happened. although I tried using it yesterday, to test d app, it worked. so...what happened?

The previous version is working okay, it was very useful to me. However this new version is basically useless. The location of the establishments are not loading, it just stops there always loading. I shouldn't have updated to the new version.

I request for que, I waited almost 4 hours 508 is my ticket when it was que 500 is prompt I decided to go at 5th floor bdo shangrila and the guard said that my que is not valid at all becoz they already closed the tv monitor and instead I will fall in line to those last 20 customers there because they about to closed, why is that? Im so dissapointed after waiting all day my ques is not valid at all, what is the purposed of this qmobile apps if I will fall in line becoz they turn off the tv

The app is not synchronized with the number that appears at the bank (BDO SM Fairview C) so instead of saving time, we ended up having to wait in line for hours since the queue already piled up
